Pros:

The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was superb. It is very easy to get into Newcastle and other parts of yhe north east. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay their again.

We want to use this hotel and restaurant in the future again!!
Pros:

Very good location near by the river. Quiet, clean and discreet.

This hotel is a dream. Fantastic location, friendly polite staff , clean rooms everything what you need when you want to take a rest far from your home. And on top of that the restaurant is amazing. You feel yourself on a summer holiday with all its taste and delicious foods. I highly recommend it!!!

Aged, not overly clean and just an all round disappointment
Pros:

Only thing I can say good is that there was a tea and coffee, little of it but it was there.

Cons:

This is the definition of you get what you pay for and I'd still say it was overpriced.
Room was so dated
Shower was poor
Room was generally clean in the 'middle areas' but on edges, corners, near walls was dust dirt or mould.
Booking in, the receptionist was short and just gave us key. No directions to stairs lift or what floor room was on. We had to ask.
I'm told they don't serve alcohol.
We didn't end up staying the night in the end and left.

Brilliant
Pros:

Brilliant stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help me out, including allowing me to work in their restaurant part from my laptop all day. Great food and drink too!
