Very clean and the price was spot on

nicht mehr wieder. Personal Hotel nett, Restaurantpersonal nicht zuverlässig
Pros:

Wir haben kein Frühstück, trotz inkludiert, erhalten!

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.
Kein Strom auf den Ladebuchsen.
Bett viel zu schmal, meiner Meinung nach kein Kingsize

RIVERS HOTEL
Pros:

Great location and meals were lovely staff were friendly and changed our room after a mix up with booking. We had stayed here previously so had expected the same service but must have new owners now

Cons:

We asked for a late check out but ended up having staff knock on room door as late check out had not been logged

Erg teleurstellend en weinig sfeer
Pros:

De locatie. Het ligt mooi aan water en het is rustig.

Cons:

Ik weet dat je voor deze goedkope prijs niet alles kunt verwachten.
Maar het restaurant en bar is niet best. Er was 's ochtends geen ontbijt (3 dagen op rij), tenminste op 1 dag pas vanaf half 12! De laatste avond was het restaurant dicht. Het ene personeelslid zij elektraproblemen en de ander had het over een zieke kok. Bar vaak onbemand. Er is geen alternatief in de directe omgeving, dus echt een probleem. Het is overdag ook stil in het restaurant/ bar, dus weinig sfeer.
Bij aankomst stonden ze erop dat ik nogmaals moest betalen voor het verblijf. Scheen ik nog niet gedaan te hebben. Uiteindelijk, met het betaalbewijs in mijn hand, bleek ze zich toch te hebben vergist. Was onprettig.
Op de badkamer een paar kleine dingen: prullenbak stuk, geen stop in wasbak, lege tubes en flacons shampoo/ douchegel. In de kamer kunnen de lamellen niet dicht vanwege kapot snoer.
Er worden geen kamers opgemaakt of handdoeken verschoond. Ook geen aanvulling op thee/koffie.

Alles super, gerne wieder!!!
Pros:

Hervorragender und günstiger Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte im ruhig gelegenen Hotel direkt am Tyne auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite von Newcastle Town. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkplätze vor Ort. Das Frühstück und das türkische Restaurant im Hotel haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Gerne wieder :-)
