Herşeyi ile beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Temizlik, konfor, odaların rahatlığı ve tabiki personelin ilgi ve alakası çok iyidi. Özellikle Milena ve Eduardo çok ilgiliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Pros:

Etablissement à hauteur de ce que l'on peut en attendre (petit dej et chambre-salle d'eau) .
Bien situé. Accès aisé et à toutes heures.
La politesse et la serviabilité du personnel chargé de l'entretien des locaux et de la mise en place du petit-déj (merci à toutes ses "petites-mains" que l'on ignore trop souvent alors qu'elles sont les rouages de l'hôtel.
La climatisation et l'insonorisation de la chambre que nous avons occupée sont à remarquer (fort agréable et permettant de passer des nuits bien reposante en dehors des nuisances sonores de la ville "qui ne dort jamais").

Cons:

Personnel chargé de l'accueil sans aucune chaleur (on ne décroche pas un mot pour vous saluer et vous interpelle avec un signe de la main pour vous inviter à vous présenter au personnel chargé de l'enregistrement de votre arrivée).
Un peu surprenant de voir deux-trois employés dont le-la chargé-e d'accueil derrière une table comptoir, LES YEUX RIVES sur leur ordinateur, en plein milieu de la pièce servant de "bar et de restaurant petit-dèj". Les chartes de l'accueil seront à relire !
La salissure "ignoble" du matelas caché par une taie synthétique qui glisse durant la nuit.
