יקר ביחס לתמורה
Pros:

מיקום, שירות, נקיון, מתקנים

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר לא מספקת ובסיסית, כל דבר זה אקסטרה כסף שבהשוואה לבתי מלון אחרים שבהם לא הוגבלנו בכמות האוכל. עדיפות לארוחת בוקר קונטיננטלית.
בנוסף חוייבנו על פיצוחים ששמו לנו בקבלה של החדר בטענה שזה חלק מהמיני בר . זה ממש לא היה ברור כי זה לא היה בתוך המיני בר וזה לא צויין בשום מקום שזה לא על חשבון הבית כמו שאר הדברים שהיו ליד כמו מים, קפה ופירות. בגלל דבר פעוט כזה יצאנו בטעם מר.

Hotel indispensable en Budapest
Pros:

El hotel es perfecto para visitar la ciudad. La ubicación es ideal, a sólo dos minutos de la parada de metro de Ópera. En el hotel te sientes como en casa desde el primer minuto. La recepción es cálida y el trato en todo momento es insuperable. El acondicionamiento de la habitación es increíble con pequeños detalles que marcan las grandes diferencias. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, los amenities de calidad y la habitación está súper bien mantenida. Cama cómoda y amplia, además no se oye más que silencio, perfecto para descansar.
El desayuno es a la carta y está bastante bien, variedad y buen producto.
Sin duda para repetir.

Cons:

Las almohadas son un poco duras, pero eso va en gustos.

Un piccolo paradiso nel cuore di Pest!
Pros:

Nonostante io sia arrivata prima dell'orario del check-in, l'accoglienza è stata spendita. Ci hanno subito permesso di andare nella camera e ci hanno anche offerto un'upgrade gratuito della stanza, la suite, poichè era libera. Sono stati gentilissimi.
La stanza era spettacolare, molto spaziosa, con una bellissima zona giorno e zona notte. I due bagni, inaspettati, hanno reso il soggiorno migliore. La pulizia è eccellente e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Le refiniture spettacolari e il letto era veramente comodo. La comodità principale era che sia le luci, l'aria condizionata e le tende erano automatizzate, ossia attraverso un pannello (sia posto all'ingresso che vicino al letto) potevi accendere e spegnere luci, aprire e chiudere le tende e regolare la temperatura.
La colazione è alla carta e la qualità è eccelza.
Lo staff è molto accogliente e super professionale, per informazioni e qualsiasi evenienza erano sempre disponibili.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel se venite a budapest!!!

First class in every way!
Pros:

The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff could not do enough to help us. It smelt fab too! The location was perfect. Breakfast had lots of options and the fresh orange was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The noise the fridge made at night was very frustrating as it went on and off frequently. The lower windows in our room had no curtains just a black out film which let the light in early in the morning. A blind or curtain would be much better. Minor things and did not ruin our stay.

Accoglienza e assistenza all’ospite da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e colazione di ottima qualità. Posizione ottima. Il ragazzo che stava in reception di notte era molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

Cons:

Per chi gestisce questo hotel è normale dormire con la luce esterna negli occhi. Vedo da recensioni precedenti alle mie che il problema era stato già segnalato, ma evidentemente non c’è molto interesse a risolverlo. Allego la foto da cui si potrà vedere la luce della stanza alle 7:30 del mattino! Mi sarebbe piaciuto dormire un po’ di più in vacanza, ma non è stato possibile. Ho segnalato questo problema appena arrivata, ma la signora della reception mi ha detto che non aveva altre stanze disponibili. Inizio dunque a sistemare le mie cose, ma la questione “luce” continuava a non soddisfarmi. Mando così una mail dicendo che ero disposta a pagare anche un prezzo maggiore e magicamente esce fuori una camera disponibile, con delle tende che sembravano coprire la luce esterna, ma molto più piccola (senza differenza di prezzo). Dato che avevo già sistemato le mie cose e che la stanza era molto più piccola, decidevo di provare a dormire nella mia stanza, dove, come detto, la mattina presto ero sveglia a causa della luce. Non capisco perché non mi è stata proposta subito. La colazione ottima e a alla carta, ma avrei gradito qualche stuzzichino da mangiare nell’attesa che portino i piatti che ordini (massimo 2 piatti, ripeto, deliziosi, che arrivano in circa 10 minuti). Chiedono un deposito di euro 200 all’arrivo (non ne ero a conoscenza, ma magari non ho letto bene qui). Avevo chiesto se fosse possibile avere uno struccante nel kit beauty, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta, solo un “vedremo, se lo abbiamo lo troverai in camera”. Ovviamente in camera non l’ho provato e nessuno mi ha detto: “signora, purtroppo lo struccante non è previsto nel kit”. So che c’era un’area relax esterna con delle vetrate ma non mi è stata mostrata, così come non so dove fosse il ristorante di cui mi hanno parlato al mio arrivo. Nel complesso, hotel molto bello e curato, personale numeroso - più degli ospiti - ma ho notato un’attenzione all’ospite molto superficiale e “finta”.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel we got a room that the ac and the tablet didn’t work . We ask for the receptionist to fix but he couldn’t . They didn’t offer to change us rooms , I had to ask for it ! Breakfast really poor for the price of the room and also they got 200 euro from my card for insurance purposes that still after 2 months didn’t refund the money

חגגתי יום הולדת וקיבלנו שידרוג לסוויטה מהממת.
החדר היה מטופח ומהודר להפליא.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem interior Design. Top Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle sprechen hervorragend Englisch. Frühstück außergewöhnlich (wie in top Restaurant). Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Kein "großer Kasten", sondern ein persönliches Boutique Hotel vom Feinsten.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite. It was stylish, clean and quiet. Very nice amenities. Very friendly and courteous staff, good breakfast. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

A lakosztály szép, tágas, és nagyon kényelmes az ágy. Lehetett a szobában reggelizni, ami tetszett. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Maga az utca nem valami szép, de a környék nagyon jó, igazi belváros.
