Me ha gustado todo en general, lo que más la cercanía que tiene Cris, en este caso con nosotros, una excelente persona

La atención de la persona encargada maravillosa. Pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Un desayuno excelente. El alojamiento es perfecto si se quiere visitar la comarca del Deza y a un tiro de piedra de Santiago.

Nao tinha gel de banho estava o frasco vazio
Extintores fora de validade
Mesas de peq almoço cheias de pó e guardanapo com bâton
Colcha da cama com sangue
Foi informado que a colaborada que supostamente iria abrir e servir os pequenos almoços teve um acidente e não tivemos pequeno almoço só após 1h30
Tentamos ligar para o hotel sendo que o número estava desviado para o dono do hotel e nunca atendeu
Ficamos literalmente abandonados no hotel
