The Witari Kintamani

The room needs a ceiling fan just to circulate the air of a night time, it can be quite stuffy and possibly a fridge. Only issue would be the balcony was missing a glass panel which is super dangerous.

Breakfast was very simple and menu restaurant too.

The communication being limited with staff, there were other people in plain clothes asking questions - which may have worked there - which made me uncomfortable.
The balcony was open and anyone could walk in from other balconies. The place was dirty and cluttered with construction.
The room next door was being renovated with that someone living in that room. For the time we were there there was incessant banging (construction).

Looked like there were some construction works going on and all the place was really dusty, the room was full of dust the balcony was missing a glass you could literally fall through it if not careful

Get what you pay for. Its an older building everything works a 3 not 4 star facility. But 3 is a good rating.

The shower

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Hand soap was missing from the room, which was a small but noticeable oversight. The bathroom layout is also somewhat impractical, as the shower causes water to spread across the entire bathroom floor, including around the toilet located right next to it. There were also quite a lot of flies around the property, and providing a fly swatter or mosquito net would have made the stay more comfortable.

During our stay, renovation work was taking place on the ground floor, resulting in dust, sand, and noise throughout the day. We feel it would have been appropriate to inform guests about these works in advance so they could set their expectations accordingly.

Breakfast was included, which we appreciated, but the portions were disappointingly small. My wife ordered the scrambled eggs, which consisted of only a small plate of eggs, while I chose the French toast, which was simply two slices of bread. While the concept of choosing one meal and one drink per person is perfectly reasonable, we expected a more substantial breakfast.

In addition, communication regarding basic information such as breakfast time and location was lacking. We had to ask for this information ourselves and only received a message later in the evening with some details. It would be very helpful if this information were provided earlier, either at check-in or in a guestbook in the room, to avoid confusion.

Overall, The Witari offers stunning views and has great potential, but there are several areas where the guest experience could be improved, particularly regarding communication, comfort, and breakfast portions.

Hotel très en dessous de nos attentes , vieux ,délabré, salle de bain ignoble, personnel inexistant, petit déjeuner minimal et encore. Très déçus. Ne mérite pas sa note .
