Nice experience
Pros:

I really liked the hotel overall — it was clean, peaceful, and had a perfect pool with a beautiful view.
I would also like to especially mention the staff, particularly Nobert, who helped us with our luggage and was incredibly kind and helpful.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast — the portions were limited, and there was no fruit. It was tasty, but nothing particularly special. Another downside was that the hotel did not provide adapters for the sockets. For a hotel of this level, this is a small detail that really should have been taken into consideration.

Nice apartment, well maintained with great staff who are very attentive. Shame about the road noise.
Pros:

It is very nice, clean and apartments are spacious. If you like a mall, there’s one right next door. The staff are fantastic!

Cons:

Whilst the property is a palm residence, it is situated right next to a three lane (in each direction motorway). The patio windows that lead to the balcony are double glazed, but would benefit from triple glazed sound proofed glazing instead. It was explained to us that, despite asking when making the booking, there was always going to be very little chance of getting a room on the quiet side as they need to prioritise the needs and requirements of long term residents.
If you like the sound of supercars, you’re in for a treat as palm residents seem to love to roar past with engine noise you’re going to love. I was less keen personally as I value quiet (hence requesting high and quiet as soon as we booked).
Booking.com says there is a ‘fabulous breakfast’. This is only true if you like eggs. There are a couple of non-egg based items available to order, and the staff will try to accommodate needs, but this isn’t the fabulous breakfast you will find elsewhere - it’s just eggs (done very well I’m sure). That said, the Açai Bowl is really nice - just not every day.
If you’ve noted there is a monorail very close that links palm Jumeirah to the other parts of downtown where there is a tram and metro, it is closed until December. If you don’t have a car, taxi is your only real option. Walking is possible, but note the earlier comment about the three-lane motorway above.

Perfect family friendly hotel in great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location on the palm, right next to mall. Very clean and spacious. Staff were amazing, especially Michelle, Chahinez, Norbert, and Ali. The lifeguard at the pool was friendly and so kind to kids. Perfect family hotel.

Cons:

It was all good.

Direi quasi tutto fantastico, camera, piscina, palestra e posizione molto comode. Staff gentilissimo e affettuoso.
Camere molto belle. Qualità cibo colazione molto alta, disponibilità di acqua in camera ogni giorno.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione per i bambini, aumenterei la scelta per loto. Pagare a parte i crossaint o pain chocolate (che sono la colazione per eccellenza!) non ci è piaciuto.

Amazing!
Pros:

My husband and I absolutely LOVE staying at the Cheval Maison. It feels like a home away from home. All the staff are so kind and wonderful and they even remembered us from our previous stay which felt special. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. Thank you Cheval Maison and see you next time! :)

Super serwis od wejścia po recepcję i serwis sprzątający. Duże wygodne łóżko, dobre kosmetyki w łazience, siłownia nie najgorsza, fajny basen. Centrum handlowe z food hallem i mnóstwo dobry restauracji. Świetna ścieżka do biegania przy hotelu.

Cons:

Głośno od ulicy, śniadanie starannie wykonane ale nudne, mały wybór. Plaża dobra dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

Excellent as always
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The location is superb. Cheval maison is like my second home. I have been there so many times and will keep on coming as long as their service is excellent.

The price was exorbitant but I understand that it was New Year’s Eve.
