aesthetic but not functional. Greenhouse effect cancels AC
Pros:

-aesthetic is unbelievable, 10/10 (but horrible functionality, things look nice but are impractical)
-hot shower water is huge
-there was 1 man who claimed to be the step between the manager/or owner, and he was EXCELLENT. He was competent, apologetic, validating, and took a full 15 minutes to hear our feedback and explain he cares about improvement. THAT is good customer service!

Cons:

-greenhouse effect (ceiling windows in bathroom and toilet). the AC didnt work until i made them cover the ceiling windows..
-weak toilet hose
-THEY ALMOST charged me (100k) for period blood on their WHITE (bleachable) sheets because it happened in my sleep unpredictably. luckily the manager-type man kindly waived it. EVERY woman knows hospitality expects occasional period blood because we can always predict our periods….
-there was only a trashcan in the outdoor kitchen or bathroom, but not bedroom. i requested one and the girl said no. i pushed harder and minutes later she brought one from a room not being used.
-no shade outside. I had to wait until 2:30pm to be able to go out of the room because there is no shaded seating. the kitchen is not shaded, the pool side seating is not shaded. We had to take the end cushion from the bed and move it into a corner of the kitchen where the sun didnt reach, but we couldnt enjoy the view of the pool or anything.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

My stay included Nyepi day. Staff were informative and still offered to cook meals during this time. Beautiful property and great facilities. Designed really well.

Cons:

Requested early check out and no one was at reception. Otherwise customer service and communication was too a very high standard. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The staff were fantastic. Helpful and always smiling. The villa was cleaned everyday and come home to find a cute animal shaped towel.

Dodgy shady owners
Pros:

The bed was ok.

Cons:

Pool filthy they never vacume it.
Run by young people cant clean.
Sad new villas not looked after. Food from others on walls. Toilet not cleaned. Mould in showers. All cupboards dirty some had rubbish in them.
Breakfast bad warm juice. Never give fruit when requested.
Then staff tried to make us pay for a towel because it had a little mark on it. After I cleaned there walls. A scam !! Never will come back. Dodgy shady owners

Overnight Stay
Pros:

So cute for an overnight stay, especially with an early flight out. The staff was kind and welcoming when I arrived and very accommodating. I appreciated the care they took with my breakfast since they kept it covered and served it at the time I preferred.

Cons:

Cleanliness in the bathroom and tub area could have been better because there was a lingering smell in the closed shower and a few hairs from previous guests. Everything else looked clean and they did try to fix the issue I mentioned right away. The property wasn’t responsive before arrival, but once I checked in they were great.

Okay for a night.
Pros:

The staff at check in were friendly.

Cons:

The pool made a horrible gurgling noise our whole stay and the room felt very stuffy. Upon check out after 3 days of having our bed made up but no sheet changes they asked what a small mark on the sheets was from and made the check very uncomfortable.
