Muy agradable.
Pros:

Habitación grande y cama cómoda! Sobretodo el trato de Kate, súper amable y detallista, la verdad que fue lo mejor de la estancia, cuando nos fuimos hasta tuvo un detalle con nosotros. También nos dejó comer en el restaurante de al lado (la comida muy rica).

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber super modern, sauber und schön eingerichtet mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war immer so hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend, alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt, direkt am Pier & Strand und alles ist zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant, bei dem man ein kostenloses Mittagessen bekommt, hat bei Google sehr schlechte Bewertungen, daher haben wir darauf verzichtet.

Wow all I can say so beautiful

The views was amazing, loved the bath on the balcony, jumped in after a long trip day as so nice , bed is so comfortable too , everything u need views comfort , and easy to get to all bars and restaurants highly recommend

Enttäuschend v.a. aufgrund des schlechten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unweit des Piers und mitten im Geschehen. Positiv für diejenigen, die kurze Wege zu den Restaurants und Shops bevorzugen.

Cons:

- schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Für 250€/Nacht erwartet man gehobenen Durchschnitt, was hier definitiv nicht geboten ist
- das Zimmer ist winzig und karg
- wir haben das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Eingang bzw. der Rezeption bekommen. Somit konnten wir jeden hören, der die Unterkunft betritt und sich unterhält
- keine Handseife, keine Handtücher für die Hände
- kaum Ablageflächen
- eine Schabe hat uns bei Ankunft im Zimmer begrüßt
- die Umgebung ist eben sehr laut aufgrund der Lage
- hellhörig
- wir können die positive Gesamtbewertung der Unterkunft nicht nachvollziehen

Es war angemessen aber für den Preis hätte ich mir ein größeres Zimmer vorgestellt
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage und im allgemeinen war die Unterkunft sauber es gibt 10% Rabat im Restaurant nebenan als Gast des Hotels und ein Tauchershop war auch nebenan

Cons:

Phi phi war im allgemein kein schöner Ort

Das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war wirklich unglaublich klein man hatte nicht genug Platz um das Gepäck zu öffnen

The price for the quality is 0/10. Paid almost 400 for 2 nights. Everything is dirty, the size of the room is like 10sq m. Smells like mold, no windows. Would not recommend. Can hear the neighbors walking the stairs.

Cómoda y agradable
Pros:

La habitación es pequeña y le falta para mi gusto y comodidad un banquito para poder apoyar algo. Lo que es la cama es muy muy cómoda y el baño resulta cómodo. El alojamiento está en una zona donde justo casi apenas se escucha el ruido de los locales nocturnos. Además queda muy cómodo para bajar a la playa.

Cons:

Creo que deberían buscar la manera para poder poner en la habitación un banquito.

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito educados, gentis e prestativos! Nos deram informações de absolutamente tudo o que precisávamos saber sobre o funcionamento do hotel e a ilha como um todo (onde lavar roupas, onde comer, no que ter cuidado - em relação a agua e comida).
O quarto é do tamanho ideal para quem vai passar poucos dias de hospedagem. Por não ter janelas, fiquei preocupada em não conseguir passar tantos dias, mas como é praia e passamos o dia todo fora, foi excelente. Voltávamos apenas para descansar um pouco, banho e dormir.
A cama é MUITO confortável e tem um tamanho excelente.
A hospedagem fica muito perto do pier e da beira da praia, o que é perfeito p/ o deslocamento na ilha! Fica perto do centrinho de suvenirs, restaurantes e cafés muito gostosos.
