Lokasyon ve deniz mukemmel!

Cons:

En buyuk sorunum park konusuydu. Calisan aracin anahtarini istedi park etmek icin, sonradan uygulamadan farkettim arac 300-400 metre uzaklikta baska hic bir aracin olmadigi ve moloz ve cop dolu bir alana park edilmis. Sonradan kendim aldim otelin onunde bos yer olmasini kollayip park ettim. Arac kamerasindan gordugum kadariyla kullanan kisi hakim degil arabalara. (Arac kamerasindan izledim sonrasinda).Tavsiyem aracinizi asla vermeyin! Cogu detaya ozenle dikkat eden otelin bu servisinin bu kadar kotu olmasina sasirdim!

This is a superbly run hotel
Pros:

The dining room was spacious with several tables directly overlooking the beach and lagoon. The hotel is superbly run with Elena going around every morning checking with guests how their stay is and if anyone has any issues (we had none) these are written down and dealt with - with Elena reporting back to guests on actions taken. This is an exemplary way to run a hotel. Special mention to the fabulous coffee shop on site serving excellent coffee and delicious cakes.

We had a fantastic holiday with excellent facilities, stunning views, great food, exceptional staff.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and were impressed by the excellent facilities throughout the hotel. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The stunning views were a real highlight, and the private beach was wonderful, with plenty of sunbeds available for all guests so there was never any need to rush or compete for a spot. The food was also excellent, offering plenty of choice to suit different tastes.
The airport transfers were seamless and very well organised, making arrival and departure completely stress-free.

Overall, the hotel far exceeded our expectations and certainly beyond what you'd expect of a 3-star establishment.

Cons:

While we very much enjoyed our stay overall, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve.
The evening entertainment was quite limited, with the same DJ and/or music most nights, so a greater variety of evening entertainment would enhance the guest experience.
The cocktails and wine were for the most part very bad-tasting and appeared to be made with very low-cost products. Offering guests the option to upgrade to premium brands would be a welcome addition.
The television in the standard room was also very basic, providing only a small number of Turkish channels, so a smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix would be beneficial.
Wi-Fi coverage could be improved, as there were several areas of the hotel, including some rooms, where the connection was unavailable or unreliable.
Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working midway through the holiday, which resulted in us having to move rooms at 12:30 at night.
Finally, the hotel relies heavily on disposable plastic items such as water bottles, cups and straws. Given its close proximity to the sea, replacing these with more environmentally friendly alternatives such as paper or reusable options would be a positive step.

Amazing nature bad management
Pros:

The surrounding nature and the sea are absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is modern and tastefully decorated, creating an attractive and pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

The quality of both the food and drinks was absolutely shocking. The buffet food was completely bland, with virtually no flavour in any of the dishes. The cocktails served at the bars were some of the worst I’ve ever had all were simply undrinkable. The wine was okay and certainly not what you’d expect from all inclusive hotel.

To make matters worse, cappuccinos and lattes were made using powdered milk from coffee machines rather than fresh milk throughout my entire stay. The coffee quality was poor and tasted artificial.

Although this is marketed as an all-inclusive experience, the food and drink offerings were so disappointing that I actively avoided eating and drinking at the resort whenever possible. An all-inclusive package is pointless when the quality is this bad. Overall, the food and beverage experience was a major letdown and significantly impacted my holiday.

The staff communication was very confusing throughout our stay. Some staff members spoke Turkish, others spoke English and it was often unclear whether they actually understood what was being said. This led to frequent misunderstandings and made even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, this issue extended to the reception desk as well, where communication was often challenging. In a hotel that welcomes international guests, clearer and more consistent communication should be a basic expectation.

Schöner Strandurlaub
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, durchgehend von der Hilfskraft bis zur Managerin. Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Ausstattung und sehr feines Essen. Jeden Abend neue Gerichte. Das Meer ist sehr ruhig und der Strandabteil sehr schön. Es gibt genügend Liegen, welche jeden Abend gereinigt werden.
Es gibt tägliche Yogastunden und Abends einen guten DJ.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zur gesamten Anlage etwas veraltet, jedoch geräumig. Das Badezimmer war klein und die Dusche war undicht. Leider wurde dies auch nach zweimaliger Mitteilung nicht behoben.
Der Fitnessraum, sowie die Geräte sind veraltet.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique, je recommande cet hôtel.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Chambre propre et confortable. La nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité. L’emplacement est magnifique avec une superbe vue et un accès facile à la plage.

Pros:

Modernes, frisch renoviertes Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr sehr leckeres Essen mit viel Abwechslung.
Schöne Gartenanlage. Alles war stets gepflegt und sauber.
Fantastische Aussicht, sehr schöner gepflegter Strand mit modernen Liegen, Dusche, Steg.
Extrem gut für Familien: Sandstrand, Spielehalle, Essen, alles Rollstuhl/ Kinderwagen - gerecht.
Die Gegend selbst ist auch sehr schön. 15 Min Fußweg zum Hauptstrand.
Das Meer ist dank der Bucht etwas wärmer als beim Hauptstrand.
Jeden Tag gibt’s Yoga Kurse.
Die Zimmer sind groß genug. Würde empfehlen ein Zimmer mit Meerausblick zu nehmen, das lohnt sich, weil die Zimmer recht hoch gelegen sind.
Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die ich drunter schreibe, 10 von 10

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ganz oben und wir mussten trotz Lift viele Stufen laufen. Ältere Menschen sollten weiter unten ein Zimmer buchen (hotelplan auf Website prüfen). Kinderwagen konnte man aber unten 24h stehen lassen.
Wifi war recht schlecht, würde eine SIM Karte empfehlen.
Mir hat etwas die Abwechslung bei der Snack Bar gefehlt, da gab es fast nur Fast Food (Burger, Chicken Nuggets, Pommes etc). Die Auswahl der Früchte war auch etwas langweilig - Äpfel, Orangen und an unserem letzen Tag (von 10 Tagen) kamen Wassermelonen dazu. Kirschen / Erdbeeren / Kiwis etc. wären schön.
Gym sollte etwas modernisiert werden.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The facilities are excellent. Stunning location, pool, beach area, restaurant etc. Beyond my expectations, a bit unfair to call it a 3 star based on the facilities. The food and choice was excellent. And so were the cocktails! Friendly staff too. I would highly recommend. Our large room had a wonderful sea view and balcony, well worth it !

Cons:

Sometimes water wasn’t as hot to my liking but it didn’t dampen our enjoyment. Room and bathroom were very clean.
