Proximité du métro et quartier sympathique (qui était le mien quelques mois auparavant)

Cons:

L'emplacement au-dessus d'un café (chambre sur rue) : rendez-vous petit-déjeuner dès 05h00 de tous les éboueurs du quartier pendant plus d'une heure chaque matin ... Très mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres (je pensais qu'elles étaient ouvertes, mais non ....)

Des résidents de l'hôtel bruyants

L'espace de la chambre

Cons:

Hôtel à la limite du propre. Le principal problème reste le bruit : plusieurs clients, qui semblaient être des résidents permanents, rentraient tard dans la nuit en état d'ébriété. Durant mon séjour, la télévision a été mise à un volume très élevé vers 5h du matin, puis une autre personne (ou la même) s'est mise à téléphoner en hurlant, rendant le repos impossible.

La salle de bain est extrêmement petite et la douche est très glissante, ce qui peut être dangereux. L'espace est également très limité pour une personne seule.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous recherchez le calme et un minimum de confort.

Scale pessime fatiscenti
3 piani a piedi perché non c'è ascensore
Doccia con tenda non fissata bene quindi cadente e non scorrevole
Impossibile lasciare qualche ora i bagagli in deposito perché non hanno spazio

Pros:

Un hotel posizionato bene a place Gambetta e a due passi da Pere Lachaise. Fermata del bus di fronte all'uscita e metro a meno di cinque minuti.
Semplice nell'impostazione generale però funzionale e piuttosto pulito. Mi hanno rifatto la camera due volte, molto apprezzato. La stanza di dimensioni parigine tipiche ma con tutto quello che serve. Anche Il bagno piccolo e essenziale.

Un buon ed economico posto per dormire.

Cons:

Peccato per la pressione dell'acqua nel WC che è un po' bassa e occorrono due passaggi (con attesa di diversi minuti) per uno scarico completo.

Paper thin wall. Zero service to keep a quiet night.
Pros:

First impression looks like short-time hotel, especially the dodgy looking stairs. The room is clean of a good size. Very scruffy thin towels. Minuscule shower. The bed is comfortable. But horrible paper thin wall! A nightmare! The next door room were full of a group of young Dutch guys who got drunk from late afternoon to the evening, screaming and smacking furniture, music blasting until 11pm. Then go party all night, to come back around 5am, trying 5 time to open their doors. Each evening, we had to ask the receptionist to calm them down. I booked an hotel… not a youth hostel.

Cons:

The inefficiency of the staff to make the hotel a descent place to sleep. Horrible soundproofing.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot, l'escalier sal à notre arrivée nous a donné une mauvaise impression. La chambre et la salle d'eau étaient propres, la literie moyenne et la salle d'eau très exiguë. Le boulevard est très bruyant....
