Localização.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funciona, colchões velhos e rasgados, não sao confortáveis, roupa de cama não estava com aparência de limpa, chuveiro sai pouca água, quarto não tem microondas e nem chaleira elétrica como tem em outros flats que já fiquei no mesmo hotel. Não recomendo.
