Please note that for all bookings staying over the night of 31st December, Compulsory charges of AED 1,750 per adult, AED 875 per child (6-11 years) and AED. 350 per child (03-06 years) applies on 31st December. Hotel requires 100% nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner charges).

Important Guest Notice: Please be advised that the residential community facilities outside the hotel premises, such as the Gym and Kids Room, are not accessible to hotel guests. Hotel Guests can however use the following hotel facilities during your stay: Private Beach, Infinity Pool, Cabana Pool (Located on the 14th floor, Adults Only, 16+), Gym (located on the 14th floor) and Ora Spa Sauna & Steam Room. Should you need any further information or assistance, our Front Desk team is always happy to help! Pets up to 15 kgs are allowed on the property. Additional charges applicable at AED 5,000 for security deposit, along with AED 250 for daily cleaning.

Receptionists were nice, nice pool and and beach.
Free breakfast & dinner was depressing. Living you with few options, look like pre frozen heated foods, scrambled egg was fake. Think it was powdered one - but you can request sunny side up though. Soft drinks were in a 1.5 liter that you have to open and pour on your own. The bed was hard, room is small, they don’t even provide slippers & toothbrush. The bathroom shower gel/conditioner/shampoo bottle doesn’t open. It doesn’t vibe 5 star hotel.
Nice resort with beach and pools . Ground floor restaurant has good ambients and friendly staff

We like service and the cleanliness
The way we enter to the property, its like we are entering to residential property
No valet parking no luggage care breakfast and lunch was not like in five stars Hotel

No valley, very poor buffet , small number of front desk , i dont know , how come this hotel 5 stars, i think they have to revise the evaluation.

The one-bedroom suite was amazing and cozy. The hotel is quite nice. staff are nice and accommodating.
The only downside was the food. I think due to the current political situation, they had to subsidize on the food variety and quality.

الاكل اللي بالبوفيه لا يرقى بمستوى فندق خمس انجوم سيء وغير متنوع يعني الكميه والنوعيه مال فندق نجمتين لا يرقى بفخامة المكان ..اخذنا هاف بورد الافطار والعشا نفس الحاله ..مافي موظفين يشلون الشنط ولا في خدمة صف السياره اتضايقنا من هالشي جدا بصراحه ..
Everything was fantastic.. The room... The staff.. The amenities...
The breakfast and dinner buffet are very poor... The food taste is average.. Low varieties... I've never seen a buffet in a 5 stars hotel that have shawerma station as the main course in the dinner buffet!!
