Pros:

The room and the hotel are very clean, the windows in the rooms are nice and big and the staff was very nice. The booking, check in and out was easy and nice. Also, the hotel is very close to the metro and bus stops so that's great!

Cons:

The pillows were a bit big and hard
Toilets could have more items (shampoo, toothpaste, more towels...)
