Stanza comoda, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Pros:

Struttura a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana “Porte des Lilas”, che permette di arrivare in 30-40 minuti ai maggiori punti d’interesse della città. In zona presenti anche supermercati, farmacie, bar. La struttura è fornita di tutto il necessario. Stanza piccola ma comoda, zona in generale molto silenziosa, ben isolata dai rumori delle altre stanze. Pulizie eseguite quotidianamente dallo staff dell’hotel, presenti 3 asciugamani, un phon, sapone e shampoo/bagnodoccia, macchina del caffè a cialde, acqua, biscotti, televisore. Aria condizionata presente, centralizzata, ma regolabile. Letto molto comodo con piumino. Al piano terra presenti anche distributori automatici e di bevande, oltre al bar. Staff gentile.

Very clean hotel with excellent staff, but disappointing parking, baby cot and room service issues.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with many things during my stay. The hotel was also very clean and pleasant.

Cons:

When I was making the booking, it stated that parking was available for an additional fee. However, only after I had completed and paid for my reservation did I find out that the parking was full.

I had also requested a baby cot, but unfortunately the mattress was extremely hard and did not seem suitable for a baby to sleep on.

The safe in my room was not working because one of the batteries was missing. I informed reception twice and was told that technical service would come, but unfortunately nobody came.
