El personal era muy bueno y atendía muy bien. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y familiares.

Cons:

Siento que la descripción de la habitación no era muy exacta. Se entendía que era una cama mínimo queen y era matrimonial.
El desayuno se entiende que es continental pero no había ninguna opción del paquete apta para personas que no coman picante, había que pagar extra ya que solo incluía chilaquiles sencillos.

Pros:

Realmente la limpieza del lugar y lo cómodo de las camas y almohadas. El personal muy atento en todo momento.

Cons:

Que la alberca estuvo fría y que no tienen restaurante, ni bar, únicamente dan desayunos. Hay maquinas expendedoras de papitas y galletas, lo que solamente venden de alcohol es cerveza pero si quieres quedarte una tarde para relajarte pues mejor lleva tu botana, refresco y alcohol y de plano salir a comer a la calle o pedir de Uber, tanto para la comida como la cena.

Le pegaron al coche al momento de mover los carros. A pesar de que se arreglaron con el seguro, ir de vacaciones y perder el tiempo con el seguro no es lo mejor. La alberca no cuenta con caldera.
