Cons:

Этот отель в основном под турков. Сервис не такой как мы привыкли, еда очень не вкусная и дорогая. Потратить 30-50К на двоих на ужине легко, при этом невкусно. Рекомендую плавать на ужины в рестораны в Фетхие. Также в одну ночь на соседнюю виллу заселились турки, которые устроили дискотеку до 4 утра) персонал часто нетороплив) на завтраке приносили варенные яйца со следами грязи или чего-то другого, то решили не отмывать)

Отель, который обманывает гостей!

Прекрасное расположение, красивая бухта с прозрачной водой. Красивая территория отеля.

Cons:

Отель не соответствует заявленной категории 5* и заманивает гостей красивыми фото. В реальности, в номере, который нам подготовили как молодоженам, была забитая волосами раковина и отсутствовала горячая вода. В качестве извинения нам сделали апгрейд, но этот номер был плохо убран, в нем не работал бассейн, несколько дней подряд отключалось электричество и интернет. И это вы получаете, заплатив за номер больше 1000 евро за ночь! Вывод - номера сделаны очень некачественно и требуют ремонта.
Территория отеля очень маленькая, вы пройдете ее за 3-5 минут. Погулять можно в городе, до которого на лодке 15 минут. Администраторы любезно предоставят вам трансфер, но при этом они сами назначают время отправления, чтобы собрать вас в группу с другими гостями. И только по выселению вам предоставят счет, где окажется, что каждая поездка в город стоит 100 евро! То есть гости не имеют возможности гулять по территории отеля, должны подстраиваться под неудобное для них расписание и еще должны за это платить, что от них скрывают до последнего! После наших возмущений, что нас не предупредили об оплате заранее, оплату за трансферы в город убрали из чека.
Ресторан при отеле предлагает очень посредственную еду, как в среднего уровня кафе, из дешевых продуктов, а цены - выше, чем в мишленовских ресторанах. Ужин на двоих без алкоголя в среднем обойдется в 250-300 долларов. Гости готовы платить за вкусную еду, а вы обманываете их!
Чтобы ваш отдых не был испорчен, не рекомендуем останавливаться в этом отеле больше, чем на пару дней. Или советуем поискать альтернативу, которой достаточно вокруг.

This hotel was the worst we stayed in during our trip to Turkey.
Pros:

Breakfast was very poor. I asked for berries and they came out frozen.

Cons:

Rooms were very dark and overlooked. The resort faces north so sun does not hit until after 11 in the morning. So expensive - over £20 for a G&T and over £15 for a beer. OK if you like being on hols with rich old men and young girls or influencers taking pouty pictures. With the odd exception staff were a bunch of youngsters who were not trained properly and service was poor. Sadly this is a hotel that loves itself more than its guests.

Stunning beach, setting area by the beach and beautiful nature around it. The service was excellent, check-in and check-out were super fast, and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant menu was limited, with no Turkish food experience, and the quality of the food was average to below average. My mom is a hijabi, and I noticed from the second day at dinner time that hijabis were seated in the back section of the restaurant next to families with children, as if hijabis should be hidden from the restaurant’s front. I didn’t like this, so we chose to have dinner outside the resort from the third day.

Genis bir alana yayili tesis olmasina ragmen eksiksiz bir isletme anlayisjna sahip. Her bir detay ozenle hazirlanmis. Gerek kahvalti gerekse restaurantta alabileceginiz tum menu ozenle hazirlanmis ve en iyi malzemeler kullanilmis. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

I liked very much the nature at the hotel, the sea and the privacy. Also the food and the drinks were very good but a bit overpriced.

Cons:

I did not like that there were a lot of mosquitos, the restaurant and bar staff they were a bit confused and slow, also they mixed most of my orders and some of them did not care at all while serving, like who cares. I did not like the way that they treated you when they had some powerful clients and all the attention was at them, also when you were trying to had dinner outside of the hotel you could see that they were not satisfied.
