For our guests arriving by land, we pick up our guests from our private transfer point with our own private boats and bring them to the hotel. This sea transfer takes about 5 minutes and is included in our room price.

Cons:

Beautiful location, but an extremely disappointing experience and management did not even respond to our formal complaint

We recently stayed four nights at Yazz Collective, expecting the exceptional level of hospitality, dining and service that should accompany a property marketed and priced as an exclusive luxury resort.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful setting, our experience was nowhere near the standard we expected. What makes matters worse is that after our stay I sent a detailed formal complaint to Yazz Collective and subsequently sent a follow-up after receiving no acknowledgement. Neither email received a response.

Our poor experience started from the moment we arrived.

At reception, Adnan provided virtually no welcome or introduction to the resort. We were not told about breakfast times, restaurants, lunch arrangements, activities, beach facilities, sunbeds or even the changing facilities available while we waited for our room. Another member of staff happened to overhear our conversation and told us we could use the showers and changing facilities.

I later had to contact the hotel myself via WhatsApp simply to obtain basic information about the resort.

Adnan’s manner also came across to us as dismissive and disinterested. We initially gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed perhaps he was simply having a difficult day. Unfortunately, we encountered the same attitude from him at checkout.

The restaurant experience was considerably worse.

On our first evening, we ordered two steaks, one well done and one medium. Both arrived extremely undercooked. We sent them back, only for them to return still extremely rare. Nobody then bothered to come back and check whether they were acceptable.

We were so disappointed that we chose not to eat dinner at the hotel the following evening.

Even basic beach food service lacked attention to detail. We repeatedly ordered sauces with our food, only for the food to arrive without them.

Yazz Collective is genuinely one of the most incredible resorts we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The location is absolutely breathtaking — hidden away in a beautiful private bay surrounded by crystal-clear water and untouched nature, it truly feels like paradise.

Every detail of the resort has been thoughtfully considered. The rooms, landscaping, beach, pool and restaurants are all stunning, with the perfect balance of luxury and natural beauty. The food was incredible throughout our stay — fresh, beautifully presented and some of the best we had during our travels.

What really made Yazz stand out, though, was the service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of care made the entire experience feel incredibly special.

We have travelled to many beautiful places around the world, but there is something truly unique about Yazz. The atmosphere, setting, service and attention to detail are on another level. It is more than just a beautiful resort — it is an experience we will never forget. We were genuinely sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Our only regret was not staying longer! Everything exceeded our expectations and we honestly could not fault a single thing about our stay.

Lovely location, but not good value for money
Pros:

Location is great. Rooms are decorated nicely. Sea is amazing!

Cons:

Tented rooms are not soundproofed (I could hear our neighbours), lack of food options, staff are enthusiastic and nice but lacking good skills, no turn down service. For the money (we paid £800 per night) this place is lacking behind other properties that charge the same.
