Pros:

住宿位置距離南海本線的堺站大約走路7分鐘的路程，到難波或者關西機場都相當便利，隔一站七道也有AEON可以逛商場和超市。
入住的海景房外面是個港灣，在大阪市中心住幾天後換來這邊看到海景，會蠻享受堺的寧靜和舒適。美中不足的可能是浴室和廁所，排水設施感覺不是太好。

お値段からしたら、仕方ないかな。
Pros:

駅から近く、海辺で非日常的。
清潔感があって、スタッフもフレンドリーで丁寧。

Cons:

空調の音が大きい。低層階しか取れなかったため、外の道路の騒音が一晩中うるさい。耳栓があればよかった。

孫のマンションから徒歩圏内でアクセスがよく、遊びにに来る度に利用せていただいています。
オーシャンビューでロケーションも最高です。

空港に便利な機能的なホテル
Pros:

南海本線堺駅から徒歩５分。駅から関西空港までは電車で３０分程なので、空港を利用するには便利が良い。駅前にはスーパーなど商店が多い。１階のロビーにはウェルカムドリンクとフレーバーティーのサービスがありリラックスできる。部屋は広くて清潔であり、空港への前泊として利用するには良いホテルである。

Cons:

駅からの経路が分かりにくい。複数あるルートのどこを通っても「本当にこの道でいいの？」と思える所がある。部屋は大きな道路に面していたので車の音がやや気になったが、うるさいというほどではない。
