You can do way better.
Pros:

Good toilets and shower.

Cons:

No cooking oil, salt, pepper or other staples provided.
No dishcloths for drying dishes. No dish rack. Futons too thin, had to combine multiples to be comfortable- would not be enough for 5 people.

Far away from attractions and most food.

Pros:

Fantastic staff, so responsive via messages. Clean and cosy. Loved the area - more peaceful than the hectic Shibuya area but still really well connected. Would stay again. Thank you!

Cons:

If you're travelling with young kids (as we were) and they're sensitive to light at nap time, you might want to bring a travel blackout blind. Won't solve, but it will help. Not really a fault of the hotel, but hopefully the advice helps someone.

Pros:

Beautiful apartment, clean comfortable and well furnished. The staff were exceptional, when we had an issue they went out ofthier way to support and help us, followed up and solved it.

Cons:

Was not a problem for us, but facilities were limited if you wanted to cook, although the basics were present

Local & idyllique
Pros:

Nous avons vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce petit appartement, où l’on se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier est idéalement situé, à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro et de bus, tout en conservant ce véritable esprit de vie de quartier que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Les hôtes sont très réactives et ont grandement facilité notre voyage, le rendant simple et agréable du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Solvana Akasaka pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si le logement est disponible lors de notre prochain voyage à Tokyo.
