The property does not accept cash and payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.

Photo ID of the guest will required on arrival. For groups which booking is 4 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The supplement of £20.00 per person per night will be charged at the property.

Please note a parking fee of GBP 20.00 per day applies for van / 7 seated vehicles, £29.00 per mini bus per day (check in to check out times).
Upon arrival a pre-authorization of £50.00 will be requested by bank card (chip & pin) per room.
Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require a change of linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organize this for you.

Nonresidents are strictly not allowed in the rooms, more than welcome to visit you in the lounge or ballroom.
Early check-in/late check-out charges are applicable. Luggage storage is available - charges are applicable. Unpurchased Food / Drinks cannot be consumed in the Lounge, Ballroom, Restaurant.

Renew the bathroom to be bigger
Cons:

The bathroom is way too small can't get around sink to bog and showering with doors closed impossible

A great location for us to stay the night, but disappointed
Pros:

Quiet, no surrounding noises and the location was excellent for what we wanted with easy parking

Cons:

Overall hotel was tired and worn.
Room had stains and marks on walls and floor, messy filler on wall by tv. Bathroom door didn’t shut, shower cubical dirty and broken, shower didn’t get hot.

Pros:

Ideal location. The beach and coastal walk are just down the bottom of the road (2 mins). It's approx 10 minutes walk to the Spoons, shops & BIC. The Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre is also just over the road!

Regarding the Hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. They have a bar & big tv for sports & breakfast options are available if you don't want to venture out in the morning.

The main thing to take into account is that they cost a lot less than the other Hotels around them, so don't expect a 5* hotel.

Cons:

The only complaint is that there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

Decent budget hotel
Pros:

Decent budget hotel in a great location close to beach and town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cooked breakfast.

Cons:

Decor is a bit tired and shower wasn't great but this is not the Ritz and not 5 star price either. Can't really complain given the excellent price and great location. Overall, it was very good value.
