Won’t be going back at any price
Pros:

Location was close to sea front — parking was reasonably priced at £7-50 for 24 hrs

Cons:

Breakfast cancelled 1 day — 2nd day wish I missed both breakfasts — reception wasn’t able to give refund ? later ? 2 x person lift scared me — Tired decor — not very clean - disaster

Faulty Towers
Pros:

Great location and parking.

Cons:

The room was very tired and needed a full renovation as well as the rest of the hotel. Water leak from the ceiling in the bar, no breakfast in the morning due to a flooded kitchen. Checking in, there was nobody at the reception just a phone number. Security was very poor, hotel front doors open all the time and windows in the room faulty too. Avoid the lift, did not feel safe at all.

Fawlty Towers
Pros:

Convenient for Bournemouth and a reasonable price.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t great as members of the public visit in the beard park there so it made it difficult to park if you were staying in the hotel. No designated disabled parking. Was 39° and the bin wasn’t emptied for three days and when I asked for the bin to be emptied, I was given a bag and told to do it myself and leave the rubbish in the corridor. Towels weren’t changed for three days. Breakfast was very disorganised, there was a child running around the restaurant who was a staff member’s child that they taken to work and he was throwing a highchair around Climbing on furniture and disturbing guests and nobody seemed particularly bothered from the staff. He was also not supervised by the staff at any point. The bin in the restaurant hadn’t been emptied and one day when I opened it to put a tea bag in it loads of fruit flies flew out. There was water pouring out of one of the spotlights in the restaurant and staff just put a bucket under it and said that the owner hadn’t been there in a couple of weeks. None of the lights were turned off so I thought this was a bit of a fire hazard.
