The property does not accept cash and payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.

Photo ID of the guest will required on arrival. For groups which booking is 4 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The supplement of £20.00 per person per night will be charged at the property.
Guests with further inquiries about the Children Policy/Pricing should contact the property directly prior to booking.
Please note a parking fee of GBP 20.00 per day applies for van / 7 seated vehicles, £29.00 per mini bus per day (check in to check out times).
Upon arrival a pre-authorization of £50.00 will be requested by bank card (chip & pin) per room.
Due to COVID-19 situation the service of the rooms will be only once a week on a stayover. If you require a change of linen, please see the reception and they would be able to organize this for you.
Hotel curently under refurbishment. Hotel is in need to some refurbishment and that’s why it is priced accordingly.
Nonresidents are strictly not allowed in the rooms, more than welcome to visit you in the lounge or ballroom.
Early check-in/late check-out charges are applicable. Luggage storage is available - charges are applicable. Unpurchased Food / Drinks cannot be consumed in the Lounge, Ballroom, Restaurant.

Reception services are unavailable between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Everything a bit tired, In need of updating.
Shower not good.
Water not very hot.
Room carpet could do with a replacing along with furniture

Wouldn't spend more then 1 night here.
Pros:

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Bournemouth pier.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't clean, dirt around the bath. The beds were okay, comfortable enough for 1 night. The lift barely fits 1 person in with a small suitcase. The place is like a maze! Wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice. Very dated, not very clean, no sea views considering how close it is to the sea. There was no soap at all in the room, not even to wash your hands with. Luckily this is something my friends and I travel with.

Would not stay again, basic things that provide me a comfortable stay were not met!

Location is a win, beds were ok comfortable wise

Cons:

Filthy room, bath had hair all in it, walls had fresh dirt marks, kettle had to be replaced 3 times, first one had a broken base and water was leaking into the electric element, second one, blew all electrics in room every time we plugged it in, bed was not clean, I had to put a t-shirt over my pillow as I didn’t want my head on it, lampshades hanging off walls, marks all over carpet and not hoovered, dirty nappies and stuff all over the rooftop which was view from our room! Mirrors and surfaces everywhere just dirty! No early check in despite it being included, although in hindsight glad i didn’t stay there any longer then I had to, although understandably as it seems there were only 2 people actually covering reception and cleaning and all other maintenance! So were rooms were not ready any earlier but that’s fair enough!

Location great just next to pier and beach.

Cons:

Hotel is rated as 4 star but is a 1 star. Immediately as we walked in we realised this. Got in the room and the window seals had gone so was freezing and couldn't keep the warm in. Central heating turned off and just had a broken plug in radiator in the room. TV put on wall with wire going across the room and no aerial. Bathroom dirty and old, room was old and outdated, window nets covered in Black mould, room filthy. We immediately got a refund and left to stay elsewhere.

Arsenal south coast Gunners was a nice addition to watch the match with

Cons:

There was screaming shoutin and fighting all saturday nite was woken at 3am on 2nd floor i know thats not hotels fault

Sunday evening was the same so i left at 10pm didnt complete a 2nd nites stay
