Looks better in photos and why is this award winning?
Pros:

Good water supply and air conditioning system.

Cons:

Limited space. It’s a studio unit with pull out bed and NOT a 2 bed property. Very little supply of shampoo, body wash and toilet paper. Have to buy extra supply. Swimming pool use is limited and have to pay. No designated parking for visitors.

Fabulous experience
Pros:

Very near to shopping malls and town proper. Very accessible to food outlets downstairs and laundry shop also.

Cons:

Very comfortable , clean , and host is very easy to get hold of any concern.

Awesome Stay, Very Comfortable, HOT Shower
Pros:

Hanna was Awesome and was available whenever we needed her. Having the Laundry and 7/11 Store on site was an added convenience. Had access to the top 29th floor to view the whole city from above, was absolutely beautiful and got some great pictures. Close to the Robinson's, SM City Mall, and S&R Membership Shopping (equivalent to Sam's Club in the US). Easy to get around with Trikes available all the time. Very secure with the Guards at the Gate, and again with the Staff at the front desk. I never once felt like my safety was an issue at all !!!!!! Very pleasant stay, would Highly Recommend this Unit!

Cons:

Nothing to really mention. There were a couple of small issues, but nothing that Hanna didn't take care of right away.

Pros:

Nice place. Malls are not too far, Starbucks is close by. Be careful of the tricycle station outside the main gate. They will overcharge you. Facilities and buildings are very nice and clean.

Cons:

Pool not open. Gym no access unless permanent residents.

Location was really good, very clean and the staff was very easy to talk to using WhatsApp.
