Friendly staff and good location
Pros:

From start to finish the staff was very friendly. Lobby area is clean and spotless. Nice smell when you enter the hotel. Sindy in housekeeping, lovely lady. Made sure our room is tidy and clean when we come back in the afternoon. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay and will keep coming back!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and was impressed by how warm and friendly all the staff were.The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
A special mention to Noom at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming.
I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel buffet, which offered a great variety of options - especially the French toast which was delicious, and the tiny bananas!

A comfortable stay made even better by the wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Noom, who greeted us every day with a bright smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel offered great value for money. The location was also convenient for exploring Bangkok.

Pros:

I liked everything : staff over friendly, very helpful, room very clean, housekeeping lady very good, bar staff on rooftop super convivial, concierge very helpful always give good advice and ready for taxi call !
Breakfast over generous, very nice tea & coffee, omelette / scrambled eggs / done by the chef …
Rooftop amazing, good chill out music, very peaceful every evenings & nights looking over Bangkok is a must do experience !!!
