Schöner Aufenthalt, hat alles gepasst
Pros:

Cooler style, gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet
Das Zimmer im obersten Stock mit Balkon was sehr schön

Cons:

Die Heizung was viel zu heiss und konnte nicht eingestellt werden.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war unkompliziert, wirkt frisch und eine leicht Atmosphäre

In der Bar/Lobby war am Abend doch noch einiges los. Sehr gemütlich und unkompliziert

Cons:

Es war alles super, das Zimmer wie auch das Feühstück.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, ist sauber und gut bewirtschaftet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum Skilift war sehr gut. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und ausreichend, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend, ist aber eine externe Cateringfirma.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation rund ums Hotel ist sehr schlecht. Die Parkplätze werden von einer externen Firma verwaltet und das Buchen ist extrem kompliziert. Wenn man ein Problem hat, hat man keine Ansprechpartner! Der Aussenparkplatz voller Eis und Schnee kostet pro Tag CHF 25.00, 50 Meter neben dem Hotel hat es ein öffentliches Parkhaus für CHF 18.00 pro Tag.

Hospitality workout a host
Pros:

Cool hotel, great location, good breakfast! Great vibe!

Cons:

No reception, no basic things like bottle of water in the room or at least a cup.
Hospitality without people just doesn't work... not same feeling. Even one person on site would change it.

Falls man bei schönem Wetter noch mal Ski fährt und dann für die Nutzung des Skikellers (Wäschewechsel) 60 Franken zahlen soll….
