Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel à l’Hotel & Restaurant HAREA. J’y suis venue avec ma maman à l’occasion d’un moment très important de ma vie : les préparatifs de mon mariage et l’achat de ma robe de mariée. Nous ne pouvions pas rêver d’un meilleur endroit pour vivre cette expérience.

Le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire. Je n’ai jamais rencontré des personnes aussi gentilles, bienveillantes, disponibles et attentionnées. Peu importe notre demande, ils trouvaient toujours une solution avec le sourire. On sent qu’ils aiment vraiment prendre soin de leurs clients, et cela fait toute la différence.

L’hôtel offre tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour passer un séjour confortable. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison, entourées de personnes qui se souciaient sincèrement de notre bien-être.

La nourriture était délicieuse, préparée avec soin et de grande qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment exceptionnel, bien au-delà de nos attentes.

Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos cœurs. Ma maman a même versé des larmes au moment de notre départ tellement elle s’était attachée à cet endroit et aux personnes qui y travaillent. C’est dire à quel point nous avons été touchées par leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ce moment si spécial. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un accueil authentique, une excellente cuisine et une équipe humaine absolument remarquable.

Es war absolut perfekt! Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den perfekten Service. Wunderschönes, sauberes Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen waren ein Traum, sehr abwechslungsreich und hochwertig. Hervorragende, ruhige Lage – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons:

L'hôtel a une salle de mariage au dernier étage, aucune informations concernant des rassemblement ou mariage. Je n'ai pas pu dormir 3 nuits d'affilé à cause de mariage.
Lors de coupure de courant, le générateur de secours se met en route mais dans la chambre il faut ça ne revient pas automatiquement, il faut éteindre et rallumer la centrale. Très pénible
