We loved the Seaview, the private beach directly in front of the hotel, the 24° sunny weather ,
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and very cheerfully.we discovered the restaurants in Festa had closed so they provided us with coffee and teamaking facilities .

Cons:

We weren't notified that the restaurant and bar had closed until next year's holiday season but maybe that was booking.coms fault.

Pros:

Изгледът към морето. Ежедневното почистване и смяна на бельото.

Cons:

Огромният брой големи паяци, с които се борих всеки ден и нощ. Продънен матрак на леглото, безкрайно неудобен. Счупена врата на гардероб, която трудно се отваряше и затваряше Единствен асансьор за целият комплекс, за който, ако си за последния етаж, се чака повече време от нормалното.
Липсата дори на закуска, въпреки резервацията, защото резервациите на Букинг, вече не предлагали храна.
И най-странното: от рецепцията казаха, че не препоръчват да си платя храна в техния ресторант!

Amazing!
Pros:

This is one of the best Hotels in Bulgarian Black See.The stuff und also the All inclusive food was amazing.This hotel have one of the best ALL inclusive in Bulgaria.
I will not forgot to say about the private beach and the water of the see...like crystal.This is the best place for vacation.
