Great choice for a family holiday!
Pros:

The staff are fabulous. Every single one of them. Friendly, smiley and always super helpful.

The food was amazing - being a veggie the range of salads was superb. If I’d change one thing it would be to provide more variety in the protein offerings… perhaps some egg dishes at lunchtime and in the evening would help?

Everything is all inclusive which is a real win.

I had room 103 and it was spotless, comfortable and had a lovely balcony to sit on, enjoy the shade and relax.

Bed was fabulous.

The variety of pools was very good - a chance to be away from the slides and excitement of the main pool.

The entertainment was great fun too and the animation team worked really hard from dawn to dusk… and beyond!

Cons:

There’s nothing I disliked, rather some thoughts on opportunities to improve.

Some of these are minor, some perhaps not so easy.

It would be great if the bars at the other pools could give out towels. Having one place at the main pool doesn’t work for everyone.

Worth making sure all the loungers are in good shape before the day starts and removing any which need attention.

It would be great if all the bars at the pools served snacks or, even better, lunch! Having nibbles on the bars would be a nice touch too.

The hotel is all inclusive which is great - however it would be worth thinking about having other “pay as you go” drink options such as different varieties of alcoholic drinks (I’m not a fan of Gilbey’s Gin!).

Super Hotel który zapewnia przez cały dzień atrakcje dla rodziny. Wyżywienie na odpowiednim standardzie. Jedynie plaża mogła by być lepsza ( serwis na plaży oczywiście na plus) ale sama plaża mała i wąska. Na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu

We kwamen aan met onze baby en jadden gevraagd om een kamer niet te ver van de restaurants zodat we niet ver elke dag hoefden te lopen. We kregen echter een kamer hhelemaal aan de andere kant van het resort. Na navraag kregen we een downgrade naar een kamer waar niks het deed. De vaatwasser deed het niet. De fohn deed het niet. De toilet was niet goed. Ook was er geen pan om water in te koken zodat we onze flessen konden steraliseren voor de baby. We hadden juist een kamer met keuken genomen voor onze baby maar er was geen enkel iets om van de keuken gebruik te maken. Waarom doe je dan een keuken in een kamer?
Het eten was oke maar de rest was echt heel slecht. Het is een 2 ster hotel in plaats van 5 ster.

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff, entertainment crew were always so lovely, and made our stay extra special. The evening entertainment is probably the best I have experienced with many all inclusive stays around the world. The views around the hotel are stunning. The facilities were amazing. We stayed in the recently opened rooms by reception which had a seperate pool split between a few rooms which was a lovely extra touch. The buffet food was lovely. Lots of options each day. It was a little luke warm by the time you sat down to eat, but that is pretty normal for buffet food. There was a microwave if you wanted to heat it up. The shuttle to the beach and the one a la carte visit was really easy to book with no issues.
We were very happy with our stay and would 100% go again.

Cons:

The gym was very outdated, and a lot of the equipment did not work. If they updated this. It would make the hotel extra lovely.

The shower basen leaked quite badly, but is an easy fix.
