La câteva sute de persoane, nu erau decât 75 de locuri la plajă

Nodig toe aan renovatie op de kamers. Het eten. Personeel en zwembaden goed
Pros:

Bij elke appartementencomplex is een zwembadje met bar
Genoeg variatie met eten.

Cons:

Kamers moeten echt worden aangepakt en geüpdate. We hadden een van de grootste familie suites maar veel onderhoud nodig. Badkamer oud lichten die het niet doen. Wc s die niet doortrekken bedden geen toppers. Verder wel schoon.
Als dit word gemaakt zeker een 8 waard

Pros:

Centre de vacances tout inclus sympa notamment pour les enfants. A la lecture des derniers commentaires nous avons pensé à annuler mais au final le séjour c'est bien passé. Il y a beaucoup de piscines, le buffet est correcte et varié. L'appartement que nous avions était très bien avec deux chambres, une terrasse avec vue dégagée et un accès à une piscine.
La grande partie du personnel fait de son mieux pour gérer la masse de clients notamment au restaurant.

Cons:

- les personnes qui mettent des vêtements sur les transats pour les réserver sans pour autant les utiliser de la journée
- le gaspillage de nourriture aux buffets alors que beaucoup de personnes meurent de fin dans le monde. Les clients remplissent leurs assiettes à rebord et ne mangent rien !
- les lits pas confortables de la chambre et la salle de bien très vieille
- l'alcool qui est servi aux bars. Copie sans gout des alcools européen/américain (whisky, apérol,..)
- le personnel de la réception. Une blague si vous n'avez besoin de rien vous pouvez aller les voir mais si vous avez besoin de quelques choses ne perdez pas de temps avec eux. Ils sont juste bons à vous donner les clés de la chambre (et encore c'est limite) et les récupérer en fin de séjour. Pourtant ils sont nombreux et agressif lorsque vous manifestez du mécontentement par ce que malgré 5 demandes rien n'est fait pour résoudre votre probleme. Il y en a même un presenté comme le manager qui m'a raconté une histoire a dormir debout pour expliquer comment il pourrait gérer mon probleme et puis rien. Ils savent dire oui pas de problème on va gérer en urgence je vous le garanti et puis rien. Heureusement il y a un service relation client qui est efficace.

Loved the all inclusive concept.
Room was spacious with 2 separate floors.
Entertainment Team was great.... always something to do at the resort for kids and adults alike.
Various water slides at the aquapark made the time at the pool very enjoyable.
All meals were amazing with quite a varied choice of items to select from, although it could be overwhelming at times.

Cons:

Location was quite far from other landmarks.
Reception staff were not very obliging.
Toilets could definitely be wayyyy cleaner. Its not the housekeepee's fault, the lady did her job veyy well. Its just dated fittings.8

Pros:

Overall nice hotel , food was ok on most days . Entertainment team is excellent. Waterpark is great .Hotel view is exceptional.

Cons:

Room allocated was too far from the main building. WiFi connection was poor. Hygiene standards need to be improved around restaurants. Too many wasps at the outdoor dining area which makes dining experience there pretty unpleasant.

We are raising a serious Complaint about our Stay which need to be carefully Deal. When we arrive the Facility the staff Member for Check in was very Rode with us His Name Guveon at 20.00 PM we have requested Ground floor Apartment and he has given us 1st Floor and told us if like take it or Get out our property i cant help tonight Some one will look in to it and get back tomorrow. No one contact us at all . During our stay bathroom has no water in shower and toilet we call No9 and ask to fix it No response at all. 5 days Stay NO ROOM SERVICE BEDDING IS NENER CHANGE OVER AT ALL .

My Daughter get Sick on02.07.25 they have a Doctor Facility available to deal condition he was not a doctor he is working as Scammer telling me that will send your daughter to 5 minute away and give her Injection which is free of Cost . We went 25 minutes away they have told us that it will Cost you Euro 150 for this treatment and Given me Euros 450 Bill to paid and threatened me that with out paying you cant go back to property i ask let me speak Some one in Unique Residence what is happing with me . Refuse t contact them at all.

This is very Serious offence of Cheating ??
