Un rifugio accogliente all’interno di una città caotica
Pros:

Struttura centralissima, ci siamo trovati molto bene con gli spostamenti. Lo staff è super accogliente e premuroso ci hanno coccolato come potevano. Ho detto che arrivavamo in occasione del compleanno del mio compagno e ci hanno fatto trovare una stanza decorata con petali e altre cose super carine. La colazione abbondante e con varie opzioni oltre quella classica turca, adatta ad ogni palato. Piscina al chiuso super rilassante dopo tutte le camminate giornaliere . Spero di tornarci presto!

Cons:

Consiglio alla struttura di mettere all’interno delle stanze dei fogli dove sono scritte le info principali come password Wi-Fi, piano dove si effettua la colazione ect. Pulizia discreta

Das Personal bekommt von mir 10/10 Punkten. Alle sind so herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich hab mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal! Die Metrostation ist gleich daneben.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht das Zimmer, dass bei Booking.com bei der Buchung zu sehen war. Wäre schön, wenn Booking.com die richtigen Fotos zeigt.

Ne pas hésiter !
Pros:

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je me rends dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est excellent et le personnel est très accueillant.
C’est toujours un plaisir de rencontrer Mr. Abdo qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une bonté extraordinaire.

Cons:

Je pense que les joints des fenêtres devraient être rénovés. On entends parfois trop les bruits extérieurs.

Very nice. Staff was wonderful. Hotel very nice.
Pros:

The room was modern and clean. Very nice bath. Six rooms per floor, so lots of privacy. Close to attractions and transportation. Staff very professional and welcoming.

Cons:

Hair dryer was terrible. The roof dining had just opened. It was a bit chaotic.

Good for first timers, walking distance to Topkapi,Agia Sophia,Blue Mosque etc
Pros:

Property conveniently located next to metro, tram, walking distance.
Good breakfast options, fresh bread, fresh eggs done your way everyday.
Staff has been extremely helpful and accommodated all our request with utmost care.

Cons:

We are a family of three, we took a room with Queen Bed and a single bed for our daughter. We didn’t like the single bed was
located right next to the window, the mattress was always sliding from the frame.
We had a long stay , 9 nights , despite the cleaning done everyday, it was superficial, therefore after 7 days, I had to bring this up to the supervisor attention. Dust was unimaginable on the surface of desk, bed rest wood top etc. I was told it was because of the AC, but still, attention to detail matters.
Our view from the room, 3rd floor, was facing the others hotels, so
no view basically (in our case it didn’t bother much, we were mostly out).
Timing for Spa , from 11
onwards. It could be a bit early.
