Lovely Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, just minutes away from Istanbul's main tourist attractions in the city's historic district. From this location, you have easy access to various points of interest. The reception team, the support staff, and the entire hotel crew are excellent. The rooms are very well equipped, and the daily housekeeping is top-notch—a perfect 10. I would recommend it 100%.

Pros:

tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt! Kurze zur U-Bahn und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum, im zweiten UG.
Feueralarm ging mehrere Male mitten in der Nacht herunter und entpuppte sich jedes Mal als falscher Alarm. Gutes Ende mit wenig Schlaf.

Excellent Old City location with spacious rooms and great service
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Levni Premium Hotel. The location in Istanbul’s Old City was excellent and made it easy to explore the major historic sights on foot. The rooms were spacious, attractive and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and good views. We stayed here, travelled elsewhere overnight and then returned, and the second room we were given was even better than the first. The concierge and hotel staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and the day spa was another welcome feature. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location, wonderful stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, right at the heart of the Old City of Istanbul. Walking distance to local eateries and tourists attractions.
Clean and stylish room, good facilities with swimming pool, gym and sauna.
Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning, when choosing heating or cooling, it can not be adjusted manually.

Nice hotel, super location.
Pros:

Fantastically located hotel for seeing on foot historic sites in the old city, or going to the Harbour for activities on the Bosphorus. The rooftop bar/restaurant with great Harbour views was a real bonus!

Cons:

My only gripe would be our room fridge, which wasn't going. Raised this with staff who told us you shouldn't expect those fridges to keep things cool. That was disappointing.

المكان جميل بس الاستقبال سيئ جداً ولا يحترمون السائح ولذلك لن اكرر التجربة

الفندق جميل ونظيف وجديد والمكان مميز جداً وتم ترقية الحجز

Cons:

موظف الاستقبال Eve اسلوبه جداً غير لائق وغير مهذب واسلوبه دفش جداً وعند تسجيل الخروج تم الاتصال عدة مرات وقام بالتهديد في حال التاخر عن الخروج اكثر من 12 وربع راح يتم زيادة التكلفة ، وكذلك في حين الدخول رفض ان يتم التبكير في الوقت ويتحجج بأن الغرفة تحتاج الى تنظيف لمدة ساعتين !! ، والغرفة صغيرة نوعاً ما ، والسعر مبالغ فيه الحقيقة

Wonderful stay at a perfect hotel. Excellent service and central location
Pros:

Fantastic location. Facilities were great with use of the pool and a small but functional 24 hour gym. The breakfast was incredible with a wonderful variety of local foods, breads and hot options too. The most amazing thing was the staff. The tram were so lovely. Kind and helpful. We were travelling with a 5 year old and they were so attentive to her especially when she was unwell on the last day. The rooms were also very modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The dual access from both side of the street can we a bit confusing. But once you work it out it’s fine. Honestly not much else to fault

An amazing hotel with a spectacular room and unforgettable views over Istanbul.
Pros:

We loved everything. The location was very central, with great views, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with stunning views over the Bosphorus. Even the shower had incredible views over the city, which made the room feel particularly special.

Cons:

Nothing. We had no complaints at all.
