Superleuke accomodatie op een zolder met alles bij de hand.
Pros:

Locatie was perfect. Aan een pleintje met veel cafes en barretjes, heel centraal. Heel gezellig.

Expérience légèrement décevante au coeur de paris
Pros:

La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite. L'appartement ne dispose pas d'ascenseur et se trouve au 4eme étage, à savoir. La décoration et l'agencement de l'appartement sont agréable. L'appartement est au calme absolu. La salle de bain est bien, si ce n'est la porte coulissante ne garantissant aucune intimité, a savoir également.

Cons:

La réactivité, la communication et le contact avec les personnes responsable ne sont pas optimales (Messages non répondu puis questionnement). L'équipe ne semble pas à l'écoute, laisse juste un PDF avec les instructions, pas d'attitude bienveillante. L'énorme point faible de l'appartement est la literie et linge. Le matelas est absolument pas confortable, les nuits sont particulièrement difficiles. L'appartement est légèrement poussiéreux, surement du fait des meubles anciens et nombreux. Le robinet de la cuisine n'est pas fonctionnel car il manque le mousseur.

We had a lovely time and the location was excellent, the stairs improved our fitness!!!!
Pros:

Location was really good, not too far to the Metro and plenty of places to eat close by.

Cons:

Very difficult to find to start with, the bedding was a bit worn and the shower grout needs a thorough clean.

Localização muito boa. Fácil check-in e check-out. O espaço é agradável e muito sossegado. Prédio calmo.

Cons:

A limpeza do alojamento é muito deficiente. Pó em vários locais (toalheiro, máquina de lavar roupa, móvel da tv, atrás da tv e dos móveis). Não tinha torradeira e a cafeteira está velha e enferrujada e pouco limpa. Colchão precisa substituição. A torneira do lava-loiça quase não deita água (1 minuto para encher um copo de água)… O alojamento retém 300€ de taxa para qualquer dano (além da taxa de limpeza….) mas também devia manter o espaço e as comodidades/utensílios em boas condições! Não pode ser só cobrar e fazer exigências! É preciso corresponder em qualidade, muito mais quando o preço é aquilo que é.

Cons:

De voordeur opent zeer moeizaam met de sleutel.
Het Nespresso koffiezetapparaat loopt niet goed meer door, waarschijnlijk een goede ontkalking-beurt nodig
De borg van 350€ ( te hoog ook naar mijn mening ) en de procedure die daarbij hoort vind ik vervelend en schept onzekerheid over het vervolg.

Logement correct mais mauvaise gestion du ménage
Pros:

Le studio est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la rue Mouffetard. Les équipements sont corrects (à part le chauffage, difficile à régler en l'absence de notice).

Cons:

Le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la salle de bain. Deux serviettes humides pendaient derrière la porte et la cuvette des toilettes présentait des traces... vous voyez de quoi... Inadmissible ! Après signalement (avec photos) auprès de la personne chargée du logement (aucun contact physique, tout par WhatsApp), la réponse reçue était du genre "ah oui, c'est pas bien, je ferai remonter l'information". La réponse appropriée aurait été : "excusez-nous, je vous envoie immédiatement quelqu'un pour faire le nettoyage". Très décevant !

Beliggenheden var fin i et godt kvarter med mange hyggelige caféer. Lejligheden lå på 4. sal, det måtte gerne have fremgået tydeligere i beskrivelsen.

Cons:

Der var ærlig talt noget dårligt rengjort - særlig på badeværelset.

Pros:

La ubicación: el apartamento es muy acogedor y la calefacción funciona perfectamente, la ducha muy caliente, el barrio latino es increíble, sus comercios, sus cafeterías, la cercanía de varias líneas de metro,....

Cons:

Tener cuidado con lo del deposito de garantía que piden antes de ir, a nosotros nos lo cobraron en cuanto dejamos el apartamento, al dia siguiente nos dijeron que rompimos una persiana, una persiana que no funcionaba a nuestra llegada y luego nos mandaron fotos de la persiana destroza diciendo que habíamos sido nosotros. Una vez que pasan el cargo no hay nada que hacer.
