No oil for cooking (or salt or anything), kitchen light is in a bad spot for cooking, no air con, need a larger pot/saucepan, need to check previous guests washed dishes properly as saucepan lid was dirty, need dark curtains & curtains over glass door, no microwave, not good value for money, many bugs & leaves get inside because no ceiling and gaps between walls & roof, a toilet brush container is supplied without the toilet brush, a rope toilet paper holder is not fit for purpose, the soap dispensers in the bathroom have no spouts- only holes for soap to ooze out (actually the shampoo dispenser didn’t work so I had to remove the lid to pour soap out), I asked the cleaner to remove the leaves & she did but it didn’t take long for more leaves to fall inside the room- definitely needs a ceiling & to charge much less money,

Nos quedamos encerrados porque no servía la llave, no servían las luces del cuarto y mucho calor.

Las almohadas están muy delgadas, osea si les falta unas buenas almohadas.

Fue mi culpa, pero no revisé que no tenía aire acondicionado, por lo cual la llegada se sintio muy calurosa, aunque los ventiladores ayudaron mucho.

Los ventiladores no son suficientes para el calor, es el único inconveniente.

Our experience at Casa Betina was unfortunately very disappointing.

When we arrived, my friend was bitten by mosquitoes almost immediately, and she continued to be bitten throughout the night. We later realised this was likely due to the open roof structure, which allowed insects into the room. The room did not feel secure from the elements or insects.

After going out for a few hours and returning to the property, we found leaves scattered all over the room. This raised further concerns about how exposed the space was and whether it was properly sealed and maintained.

The condition of the room did not match our expectations based on the listing. Cleanliness and basic comfort standards were not met, and the issues significantly impacted our comfort and ability to rest.

Casa Betina authorised Booking.com to issue a refund, which we appreciated, as we ultimately had to book alternative accommodation.

Que sea específicos en el número de camas, nos causó un problema que se contrataron tres camas en una habitación y solo había dos

No hay una persona con quien contactar al estar en el establecimiento

Siento que el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido. A las 10 de la noche ya nos tocó agua apenas tibia. Se aguanta un poco por el clima calroso. Pero para personas que les gusta el agua caliente si van a sufrir un poco 😅. En nuestro bungalow nos hizo falta un espejo en el baño. No se si en los demás si haya.

There were too many mosquitos. I had to buy repellant and spray it everywhere. I almost checked out a day early.

No cuenta con aire acondicionado y hay demasiado mosquito aunque uno cierre la puerta se mete por el techo.

No me pude conectar a ninguna red de WiFi.

Lo único que podrían mejorar es la calidad del wifi, durante toda mi estancia no logre conectarme y cuando se conectaba no funcionaba la señal. Tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, solamente estaban los ventiladores.
