très satisfaits
Pros:

Finition impeccable ainsi que la propreté et le service par le personnel. Un léger problème technique fût adressé très rapidement.

Cons:

Le seul tout petit commentaire serait que le café au petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi chaud ou assez chaud. Probablement dû par la sorte de tasse et aussi qu'elle ne sont pas réchauffée avant d'y verser le café.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect and everything about it is great, spacious rooms, great facilities and wonderful staff. We would love to come back

Cons:

If I had to point out something to improve it would be the variety of choices (more vegetables especially) for breakfast, for a vegetarian, and the high temperature at the gym, but these are minor improvements and didn’t affect my stay :)

A beautiful new hotel but lacking the wow factor.
Pros:

Great central location and very attentive staff. I had a couple of very peaceful nights sleep.

Cons:

We stayed in a standard room, which although nice, was pretty pricey not to have a bathtub. Breakfast was also underwhelming for such a 5 star hotel.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and bars nearby. It’s easy to get around thanks to convenient access to public transportation, with several stops within walking distance. The rooms are bright and well cleaned. The facilities are modern and provide a nice escape from the busy city atmosphere. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering beautiful views over Lisbon. Breakfast service can be somewhat slow, and while the buffet is not very varied, it does include the usual breakfast items.

Cons:

On two separate occasions, the staff called our room to inform us that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. As we had placed the sign specifically to avoid being disturbed, receiving a call about it felt rather contradictory and unnecessary. During one of these calls, I was woken up despite having a splitting headache, which made the interruption particularly frustrating. It was also puzzling given that our room had already been cleaned earlier that day and we did not require any additional services.

Pros:

Not only did the facilities (room, fitness, rooftop, restaurant) were exceptional but the real gem of the place is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and always trying to help. By far one of the best places I have ever stayed in.

Très bel hôtel au centre de Lisbonne
Pros:

L'hôtel est neuf, les équipements sont en super état, tout le personnel est très serviable et très avenant.
La situation géographique est top. L'isolation sonore est parfaite, on n'entendait pas du tout la rue.
L'hôtel a un beau rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et l'estuaire du fleuve.

Cons:

Des petits détails: le service du petit déj un peu long, l'eau de la piscine trop fraîche pour s'y baigner, ménage un peu sommaire.

Location, staff, facilities unbeatable
Pros:

It does not get any better than that. The location is perfect. Central but still calm. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful.
SPA and Gym are small but it has everything you need. Room was great. Given its recent opening everything is brand new. The bar including the rooftop option offer great views over Lisbon and the snacks on the menu are great (try the gambas or the hummus). All in all this was a top notch experience.
