Categories

Cleanliness
1
Repeated comments describe the hotel as modern, very clean, 'blinkend schoon', spotless rooms and high-quality linens; housekeeping generally praised.
Service
1
Multiple reviews praise attentive, helpful and caring staff at reception and throughout the hotel; staff dealt promptly with technical issues and were described as very attentive.
Location
1
Many guests highlight the central, ideal location for visiting Lisbon and easy access to attractions and public transport; location repeatedly called 'perfect' or 'ottima'.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as modern, stylish, comfortable and quiet with quality mattresses and pillows; one note that standard rooms lacked a bathtub despite a high price.
Amenities
1
Rooftop bar and modern facilities praised, though some minor negatives noted (gym too hot, slow lift during peak breakfast times).
Value for Money
1
Comments mention rooms being pricey for what was offered (e.g., no bathtub in a standard room) and breakfast not matching expected 5-star value.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast received mixed reviews: underwhelming variety, coffee served not hot enough, limited vegetarian options; a serious safety incident occurred when an ice-cream contained nuts causing an anaphylactic reaction.
Overall Experience
1
Overall stays are often very positive (would return, recommend), but significant issues (food allergy incident, breakfast shortcomings, DND call interruptions, some value concerns) noticeably tarnish the overall impression.
