One word will do.... FANTASTIC!
Pros:

Facilities were excellent and all the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, polite and a credit to the people of Lisbon. Food was superb, rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we needed as a family of 4.

Cons:

Only slight criticism was not allowing my 13 year old son to enjoy the pool and gym in the evening. he was allowed to use the facility but only between the hours of 12pm and 2pm but we were out exploring this wonderful city.

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. The rooftop bar is wonderful and the daily breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was that when we ordered a bowl of chocolate ice cream for my son it came with crushed walnuts underneath. We were not given a heads up and unfortunately my son is very allergic to nuts. He had an anaphylactic reaction but is ok now. A very good (and scary) reminder to always check on allergies!
