Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. The rooftop bar is wonderful and the daily breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was that when we ordered a bowl of chocolate ice cream for my son it came with crushed walnuts underneath. We were not given a heads up and unfortunately my son is very allergic to nuts. He had an anaphylactic reaction but is ok now. A very good (and scary) reminder to always check on allergies!

fantastisch hotel
Pros:

We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was modern ingericht en blinkend schoon. Vooral het personeel bij de receptie was erg behulpzaam en gaf goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Het enige minpuntje was dat de lift wat traag was tijdens de spitsuren bij het ontbijt. Verder een absolute aanrader voor een stedentrip!

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect and everything about it is great, spacious rooms, great facilities and wonderful staff. We would love to come back

Cons:

If I had to point out something to improve it would be the variety of choices (more vegetables especially) for breakfast, for a vegetarian, and the high temperature at the gym, but these are minor improvements and didn’t affect my stay :)

Pros:

Finition impeccable ainsi que la propreté et le service par le personnel. Un léger problème technique fût adressé très rapidement.

Cons:

Le seul tout petit commentaire serait que le café au petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi chaud ou assez chaud. Probablement dû par la sorte de tasse et aussi qu'elle ne sont pas réchauffée avant d'y verser le café.

A beautiful new hotel but lacking the wow factor.
Pros:

Great central location and very attentive staff. I had a couple of very peaceful nights sleep.

Cons:

We stayed in a standard room, which although nice, was pretty pricey not to have a bathtub. Breakfast was also underwhelming for such a 5 star hotel.

It’s easy to get around thanks to convenient access to public transportation, with several stops within walking distance. The rooms are bright and well cleaned. The facilities are modern and provide a nice escape from the busy city atmosphere. The rooftop bar is a highlight, offering beautiful views over Lisbon. Breakfast service can be somewhat slow, and while the buffet is not very varied, it does include the usual breakfast items.

Cons:

On two separate occasions, the staff called our room to inform us that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. As we had placed the sign specifically to avoid being disturbed, receiving a call about it felt rather contradictory and unnecessary. During one of these calls, I was woken up despite having a splitting headache, which made the interruption particularly frustrating. It was also puzzling given that our room had already been cleaned earlier that day and we did not require any additional services.
