Pros:

I booked for just an overnight stay.. It was a comfortable stay for me.. Room ws a bit small but very tidy.. It's not a stay of luxury but comfort. The location is great too. The host was very helpful. The lounge facilities was good as well. Overall, a budget friendly option for a short stay. Cheers

Passable but not pleasant
Pros:

Man on reception was friendly and helpful, checking in mid stay to ask if I needed anything. As a solo female, I felt more secure knowing there was a person at the property (the check in text had unexpectedly said the property was unmanned). The locks on the rooms also felt sturdy and secure. Location was perfect for what I needed and the room came with extra towels and bathmats which was much appreciated.

Cons:

The smell of damp was so overwhelming I had to buy air freshener. Not helped by how dark the lighting was. I couldn't have the blind open as I was on ground level so anyone passing could look in but at the same time, the way the blind is positioned leaves about a 5cm gap on each side so anyone could look right into the bed at all times. After the first night of the lights from the busy road flashing through the gap, I ended up having to cover it with a towel and a coat to get sleep and privacy. The room was clean on the surface - fresh bedding and wiped clean loo and sink - but everything else felt like it needed a deep clean and refresh. I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you wake easily, not just because of the road but the corridor noise with doors slamming closed every time they're used. They also need to fix their check in process. The link they sent didn't work so I was directed to an AI chatbot and spent hours before arrival going back forth as it said the property was unmanned and I wouldn't get my room code. In the end thankfully there was a guy there who checked me in making the entire online check in process redundant.

A pleasant stay with a fantastic location, helpful & friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, close to supermarkets, the high street and plenty of shops and other amenities all within easy walking distance. Jaydev was really helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night, sirens in the middle of the night other than that everything’s great.

Fine for a night if you need to stay locally
Pros:

We were in the area for one night so it was a handy location. Quite basic and lacked a few things such as a glass or a kettle to make it more comfortable but it did the job.

Cons:

Could do with a refresh and a few little touches would make it better value for money

Fitted our needs. Easy entry using the access codes without using keys.
Pros:

Good value, aircon, clean and comfortable

Cons:

No lift, but on our departure we were helped with our heavy suitcase down the stairs which was extremely helpful and unexpected.

Shoddy, filthy and very odd artwork. Nightmarish.
Pros:

The lounge downstairs had coffee and tea. There was a staff member cleaning and he was welcoming.

Cons:

The room had visible layers of hair and dust underneath the bed. We didn't want to touch the floor with our bare feet. The room was tiny and desperately needed a refurb. The sink hadn't been cleaned properly.
In the corridor outside the room there were bags of washing, rubbish and cleaning equipment left. I saw a rusty saw on the floor amongst this.

Customer service was a good as Millwalls performance that evening
Pros:

The room did the job and was good value.

Cons:

The customer service of this joint was nothing short of deplorable. I booked last minute from the airport. With no phone coverage. I was fortunate to be helped by Lucy and Bobby, who were enjoying an afternoon bevy until I disturbed them.L let me use her phone to contact them. After 5 calls and multiple requests to send code to Lucy phone they sent it to my phone that wasn’t working.
The name I booked under with booking.com wasn’t even the name of the establishment. Very ordinary behaviour from employee over the phone.

Le début était agité et pas idéal.

C’était correct.

Cons:

En arrivant ils nous ont envoyé dans un autre établissement de l’autre côté de Londres. Nous nous sommes rendus compte en arrivant lá-bas. Nous sommes tout de même rentrés dans la chambre puisque nous étions fatigués du voyage. Cependant la chambre était immonde. Horrible. Nous avons contacté le service qui nous a donné les codes d’accès pour la chambre que nous avions pris. Celle ci était propre et correspondait aux photos et attentes. Nous avons dû payer un autre Uber pour aller de l’autre côté de la ville. C’était fatiguant. Même s’ils ont résolu le problème assez rapidement cela n’aurait pas dû arriver. C’était une perte de temps et aussi d’argent.
