Pros:

The customer care person was very quick in help in things.

Cons:

Photos on the booking.com was not clear. It wasn't clear how the room will be. And how many people can accommodate. Photos are taken with wide angle so they are actually smaller.
you can't open 3 bags without running out of space.

Comfortable stay, 15mins walk from iriya station, 1 min from laundromat
Pros:

15mins walk to iriya station. Quiet place. Easy access to laundromat. Kitchen had necessary dishes. Response time for my questions before and during the stay was very very fast. Clear instructions about directions, checking and checkout. Great find for the price.

Cons:

Access to the bathroom is from the kitchen. light from the kitchen disturbs in the bedroom every time we use the bathroom since it was auto sensor light. Other than this everything was good.

Love the Location and the environment
Pros:

The location as we got the ground level & lots of good food ( family marts, 7E and also supermarket ). Not to mention the hospitality that we received when we arrived it was only 2pm we thought that we could leave the bag 1st and come back when its time to check in but the owner just let us in early. Thank you ☺️

Cons:

Only for those with small kids the Metro subway Hibiya - Iriya Station (10 min) walk while JR subway - Uguisudani Station (20 min). If traveling without kids i think it would be just fine.
