Não me hospedaria novamente pelo transtorno com meu cachorro

Dos animáis . Piscina estava suja! Mas o lugar é lindo

Cons:

Apresentam um valor que não corresponde ao que está sendo cobrado o quarto tinha cheiro insuportável de cloro e a resposta que eu tive foi abre porta . A sensação de abuso ! Enorme .

Good location made it perfect for our needs, simple accommodation after a late flight arrival before transfer to Isla Mujeres.

Cons:

A bit tired, with windows & doors not shutting properly. Meant the AC couldn’t cool the room down properly.

Je n’avais pas vu la piscine sur les photos et j’ai été plus qu’heureuse quand je l’ai vu en vrai ! Cet endroit est un paradis et si je reviens à Cancun je reviendrai ici pour sur !

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Good location by the beach with lots of shops / restaurants around.

Cons:

There were no sunbeds with shade at all around the pool so no option to really spend the day there which meant spending a lot of money on beach clubs / excursions every day. There was brown water leaking from the toilet and the room was missing basic features that were shown in the images - there was no proper bedding or any decor in the room.

The staff was nice and really helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of lots of amenities

Cons:

We picked this hotel not only for location but for the swimming pool. I received an email from booking.com to let me know that the pool was being renovated but will be fixed at the beginning of June. We left at the end of June and the pool was still not functional. Very disappointing considering it's the main fixture of this hotel. There wasn't even TV in bedrooms!
Yes, the hotel provided another location for another swimming pool but it was quite far.

Short and unpleasant.
Pros:

Not much. The place was old and wasn’t worth $100 USD per night.

Cons:

Charged me extra 100 peso for the keys to keep it as deposit, but when I returned the keys I didn’t get my refund.
