Pros:

Súper bien ubicado! Cerca a la playa, y muchos restaurantes. La zona súper cómoda, la habitación amplia. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas, tiene una vista excepcional a la laguna. Nos gustó muchísimo.

Great location
Pros:

The location was great! Very central to beaches, supermarket, and on the route of the main transportation in the hotel zone of Cancún. The actual premises were nice, lots of greenery and lots of iguanas and birds which was amazing.

Cons:

While there (July 2026) the shared kitchen was not usable. With this in mind, they could not provide any way to even boil water on the visit. If a major component of the hotel is not available it should be listed.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para lo que buscabamos a pasos del hotel tenes: la playa para disfrutar; supermercado con patio de comida; el hotel está en el centro de toda la zona hotelera de Cancún. Recomiendo.

Nice stay in the Hotel Zone
Pros:

El joven que estaba la noche del 6 de agosto 2026, muy atento y empático, lindo lugar.
Pros:

El lugar es precioso, la ubicación es privilegiada, el aire acondicionado funcionó correctamente, el servicio de agua corriente funcionó todo el tiempo sin fallas, limpieza excelente, flora y fauna para observar, así como la laguna, muy bella.

Cons:

Tiene oportunidad de mejorar en cuestiones mínimas como la fuga de agua del lavamano, que llegaba al pasillo de la entrada, lo cual representa un riesgo al caminar, lo evitamos colocando la toalla en el piso, también la cadena del inodoro se destrabó, pero lo solucionamos. Nada más qué pedir.

Pros:

El hotel por fuera es muy bonito, la piscina increíble, el bar y los lugares comunes están bien decorados y son cómodos. De nuevo la mejor piscina de todas✨

Cons:

la habitación no nos gustó, olía a húmedo o moho no sabemos si era la habitación o el aire acondicionado. No me gustó el aspecto del baño, la luna de la taza del baño era mucho más pequeña que la taza y si te movías te ibas hacia adentro. Además de que algunas de las instalaciones del hotel estaban cerradas como el cine y la cocina y solo nos avisaron dos días antes de nuestra reservación.

It was Goood
Pros:

the 24h desk was super helpful and the access to the facilities even after check out with luggage lockers was a nice touch.

Cons:

I would have preferred to have a balcony in the room or a dedicated space to dry wet clothes because that was really tricky.

Localização e estrutura muito boa.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, perto dos bares e restaurantes mais animados da Zona Hoteleira, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Também tem praias próximas, pontos de ônibus para o aeroporto e ônibus coletivos que passa por todas a cidade.

Cons:

No geral tudo muito bom, apenas no quarto que a localização de algumas beliches ficam na frente das tomadas, impedindo o uso. E também acho que deveriam reforçar as regras sobre conversas e luzes acessas em horários tardes da noite,
