Great place and I really liked it. I will be back for sure.
Pros:

The location was great, close to shopping, beach and entertainment. I really appreciated the privacy this place offered and it felt like I had a condo instead of a room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

OK a safe would be nice BUT this was not a big issue. The shower felt a little bit out of place BUT the floor dried up very fast so it did not bother me.

L’emplacement à côté de Tree Town mais assez loin pour ne pas subir le bruit de la fête

Cons:

C’est EXTRÊMEMENT SONORE. Même si ma chambre était sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur les gens qui montent et descendent l’escalier, qui parlent fort jusqu’à cinq heures du matin ou qui claquent les portes à toute heure de la nuit. Vraiment je déconseille l’endroit

Alles bij elkaar toch prima vanwege de redelijke prijs
Pros:

Locatie was goed. Algemene prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Het is geen duur hotel.

Cons:

Ik zat op de 4e verdieping maar toch ben ik werkelijk elke ochtend gewekt door de spoelkeuken beneden die nogal hardhandig en langdurig borden op elkaar gooide. Werkelijk elke ochtend vroeg.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Amazingly clean and modern hotel. Fantastic location. It's directly next to treetown and it's a 5-minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to Central Mall where you can use your credit card and you can eat without using cash or go to the grocery store or the liquor store inside of the mall. This is a great central location. Definitely plan to stay again

Cons:

The only complaint and it's not their fault in any way shape or form..... It's loud outside. There's a lot of motorbikes that pass and because of a speed bump outside of the hotel they all slow down and speed up directly in front of the hotel. If you pick the balcony room you're going to have to hear it and deal with it. I wear your plugs and it's still wakes me up. I would still stay here. I plan to stay here in the future

Overall good value for £ would stay again
Pros:

Super Location close proximity to Tree town, Soi Bak and 2nd rd

Cons:

Just a few minor problems, stayed on 2 different occasions, kettle didn't work and staff didn't understand and sink pipe disconnected so tricky to use.
