Pros:

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast and services are excellent. The location is very convenient, being close to both the airport and the city centre. If I come back to Trabzon, I will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

الموقع على البحر مباشرة

Cons:

حجزت غرفة مطلة على البحر مباشرة و تم اعطائي غرفة اطلالة جزئية بحجة ان الغرفة المطلوبه تحت الصيانة .
غلاية الماء لم تكن نظيفة + ادوات الشاي لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب
التكييف كان سيئ و تم تبديل الغرفه للمرة الثانيه

Сервис хромает. При заселении в 16:00 нас ждал полный свинарник и сломанный душ. На просьбу дать другой номер ответили отказом. Правда, надо отдать должное — этот убрали за 10 минут после нашего обращения. Жить можно, но первое впечатление было испорчено

Temiz, yataklar rahat, manzarası güzel

Cons:

Personel çok ilgisiz. Bavullara yardım eden yok, kahvaltıya iniyorsun yüzsne bakan yok, oda temizliği yap diyorsun akşam geldiğinde odayı aynı buluyorsun. Defalarca üte istememize rağmen gelmedi. Geçen sefer geldğimizde diş fırçası vardı bu sefer onu da koymadılar. Galiba yaz sezonu gelince müşteriye ihtiyacları olmadığı için böyle. 3 kere gelmişdim, son seferden sonra daha da gelmem ve tavsiye etmem.
