Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, and the location was excellent, easily accessible with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops

Cons:

The hotel room looks nice; however, the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor wet all night. In addition, the bathroom was flooded and had an unpleasant drainage smell.

KCCが近くにあるから良かった。

Cons:

329号室
1.シャワー室とトイレの仕切りの下側のタイルが割れていて、その隙間からシャワーの水がトイレの足元まで流れ込みトイレが水浸し。
そのため、ホテルのタオルをトイレに敷いて大変な思いをしました。
チェックアウトの時、そのタオルが汚いと500ペソ請求され、納得いかなかったのですが支払いました。
2.トイレのドアがバールでこじ開けられた跡があり、ドアを閉めると開かなくなる部屋だった。
次回もリピートするかもしれませんのでその時までには、しっかりメンテナンスしてください。
今回は残念でした。

Dissapointing and very pricey
Pros:

Location
Friendly and accommodating staff

Cons:

Air conditioning not working have to change room
Block sink and stagnant water in the shower area, not draining well, plus leaking and flooding. Restaurant out of food availability due to no LPG available as mentioned no alternatives offered. Site still in the middle of construction. Internet very poor, only reason i booked a room to have access to WIFI as having an important meeting international. Lacking of room amenities availability. Value for money is pricey without free breakfast.

Very good hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

It is quiet and secure- no too much outside people unlike those hotels situated in the middle of malls and city center.

Cons:

It was in the process of renovation though I understand, some bathroom fixtures and the air conditioning unit need upgrade.

The location is excellent, Rooms, bed are great, staffs are very accomoditang and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be fix/clean or a little bit of renovation is needed. It doesn't fit well with the whole room interior.

Pros:

Iove the amenities of the room, smartv with netflix, large table with big mirror. I love the comfy clean sheets and big pillows. I love the sraff so friendly. Love the lobby too especially the grandstaircase. I have not tried the pool

Cons:

No breakfast for a 3k room. Net a little slow. Cant work if ur doing remote job
