Pros:

Staff were fantastic and the room is quite good as well I mean I had 2 suitcases and I had a lot of space despite that. Everything was great, amazing restaurant right next to the apt

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small for me I’m around 184 cm.

干净，超级干净，屋子够大，打开了两个大箱子，超级棒，床好舒服，24小时热水～有电梯，楼下就是便利店，出门走几分钟就是地铁，安静又方便～除了隔音，一切都好完美！

最寄り駅から徒歩１分、新宿までも歩ける距離。
最寄り駅周辺にコンビニや朝食が食べられるカフェあり。
静か。

Cons:

ワンルームマンションのユニットバスなのでかなり狭い。
標準のアジア人体型ならともかく、体の大きい人にはかなり窮屈だろう。

Pros:

地點真是無可挑剃，走出來一百多公尺就有地鐵站，公寓陽台看出去就是新宿御苑。空間大又有電梯，入住當天我們詢問了房東可否提早過去放行李，他告訴我們可以提早入住，讓行程輕鬆很多！謝謝！

-Wohnung war sehr groß im Vergleich zu einem Zimmer in einem Hotel
-Schnelle Antwort vom Gastgeber
-Hat eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber leider keinen Wäscheständer, wo man seine Kleidung aufhängen kann
-10 Min Gehweg entfernt von Shinjuku Station

Cons:

-keine moderne japanische Toilette
-Bad ist sehr klein im Vergleich zu Hostel und Hotels
-Dusche sehr eng für einen 1,83m Körper. Ich habe mich dauern an der Wand gestoßen beim Duschen.

Pros:

バスタオル､歯ブラシ等､基本的なアメニティは全て揃っていました。キッチンもありましたし、掃除も綺麗にされていました。
ベッドが丁度良くて寝やすかったです。

Cons:

普通のマンションの一部屋なので、入る時は少し怖く感じました｡（外観が暗く綺麗ではなかった）鍵が開いていて、入ると中に鍵が備わっている仕様で､オーナーさんにも一度も出会いませんでした｡冬場に宿泊したので、お風呂場がとても寒かったです｡
