Ogromne rozczarowanie - hotel zdecydowanie nie warty swojej ceny
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest świetna. Ulica jest spokojna, stacje metro dość blisko. Główne atrakcje również blisko. Woda, cola, sok w minibarze w cenie, uzupełniane codziennie.

Cons:

Odwiedziliśmy Paryż już po raz dziesiąty, ale po raz pierwszy spotkało nas coś tak nieprofesjonalnego. Wybraliśmy ten obiekt, licząc na wysoki standard, tradycję i historyczny klimat, którymi się reklamuje, zwłaszcza że zabraliśmy ze sobą rodziców, żeby pokazać im Paryż. Niestety, rzeczywistość mocno odbiega od zapewnień i zdjęć w ofercie. Hotel aspiruje do standardu 5 gwiazdek, ale widać, że jest bardzo słabo zarządzany.

Minusy:
Stosunek jakości do ceny: obiekt zdecydowanie nie jest wart swojej ceny. Znamy Paryż i spędzaliśmy noce w znacznie lepszych hotelach o niższym budżecie.
Stan obiektu: W rzeczywistości pokoje i wnętrza wyglądają gorzej niż na zdjęciach marketingowych.
Obsługa: Choć personel na recepcji był bardzo uprzejmy, wyraźnie brakowało mu profesjonalizmu i decyzyjności.
Gastronomia: Restauracja jest bardzo mała. Przy pełnym obłożeniu hotelu z pewnością brakuje w niej stolików. Samo śniadanie – jak na tę półkę cenową – było bardzo podstawowe i skromne.

Podczas naszego ostatniego wieczoru w hotelu zorganizowano huczne wesele córki właściciela. Nikt z gości nie został o tym wcześniej poinformowany. Prośby na recepcji o uciszenie muzyki nic nie dały – zapewniano nas, że hałas ustanie o północy, tymczasem po godzinie 1:00 w nocy muzyka wciąż grała na cały regulator (zasnęliśmy tylko z potwornego zmęczenia).
Rozmawialiśmy osobiście z właścicielem, który wykazał się kompletną arogancją. Nie widział żadnego problemu, powtarzając jedynie, że to ślub jego córki. Nie usłyszeliśmy ani słowa „przepraszam”, nie zaproponowano nam też żadnej rekompensaty. Wystarczyłby prosty gest: wcześniejsza informacja, zaproszenie do open baru na ten wieczór – cokolwiek. Właściciel rozegrał to najgorzej, jak tylko można było.
Hotel absolutnie nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań i nie reprezentuje standardu, na który się kreuje. W tej cenie w Paryżu można znaleźć przynajmniej kilka innych, znacznie lepszych hoteli, które z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić.
Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Un hôtel 5* qui n’en est pas un. Vétuste à l’entrée et l’ensemble du bas avec accueil et restaurant.
Pros:

L’emplacement et la chambre 208 sauf la salle de bain trop petite notamment la douche. Le personnel aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au restaurant est très attentif.

Cons:

La chambre au 3 eme étage peut-être 308 qui est à rénover dans son ensemble et surtout qui est très mal agencée.

Kahvaltı iyiydi, bahçede oluşu ayrı keyifliydi. Temiz, Konumu iyi, Personel iyi, ilgili, güler yüzlü. En güçlü tarafı Concierge Maeve, Fransa'nın en iyi concierge'i. Maeve çok yardımcı oldu, hep ilgilendi, bütün sorunları çözdü, kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Cons:

Girişte Booking.com üzerinden çift rezervasyon görünüyordu. Sistemsel veya Otel kaynaklı bir problemdi, ısrarla benim yanlış rezervasyon yaptığımı iddia ettiler, ilk geceyi çift ödeme almak istediler. Bende bunun benden kaynaklı bir problem olmadığını, benden kaynaklı bile olsa, burada olduğumu, Paris'te konaklama tercihimi onlardan yana yaptığımı, misafirperverlik gereği böyle bir talepte bulunulmaması gerektiğini belirttim. (Sorun kendilerinden veya Booking sisteminden kaynaklanıyordu). 1 saat bu konudan dolayı odamıza giriş yapamadık ve inatlaşma sürdü. Çok kötü bir girişti açıkçası. Oldukça da olumsuz başladık, birkaç saat sonra Booking ile görüşerek durumu düzelttiler. Baştan çözülmeliydi.
