Great "city vibe" apartment with a peaceful and private outdoor space.
Pros:

Condesa is a really great place to stay. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, green space, and safe walking. It is also quiet and felt very family orientated. The space is very cool, lots of glass and light, but plenty of privacy. It is mostly concrete but didn't feel uncomfortable or cold. It felt very well secured, service was quick and helpful.

Cons:

There isn't any furniture available for the outdoor space. It would have been a great place to enjoy morning coffee.

Excellent choice for feeling like a local in a city filled with parks, walking through canopies of trees and historical
Pros:

The open living room and kitchen area to the private garden are the highlight in this contemporary (loved the tall ceilings, concrete structure and large glass windows and doors). We never used the hot tub but it’s a nice addition in the garden. It was wonderful waking up and hearing the birds while drinking coffee with the large glass doors open to the garden.
The spaces are minimalist in design and very current.
The staff was very attentive in communicating any needs. We would definitely go back!

Cons:

There’s a narrow staircase with no windows to access the unit.

Despite the minor things I didn’t like, overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. I would stay
Pros:

I liked the apartment’s location for convenience, decor, facilities (kitchen, clean water tap, laundry). The communication was excellent for how to get in.

Cons:

Although I liked the convenience of the location, it was very loud outside. There was no hot water in the upstairs sink. There is no elevator, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Perfect location if you love to walk and want to feel like a local
Pros:

Perfect location on Avenida Mazatlán. Walkable to Roma, parks and tons of restaurants, taco stands and food shops. Well set up for single couple or for four. Clear and safe access. We stayed a full week and were ready to move in!

Cons:

Check the weather- if it is going to be cool- you may want a sweater, apartment does not have heat and small heater provided didn’t provide quite enough.

Best location in Condesa. Fully recommended!
Pros:

Great design. Fantastic location. Extremely clean and efficient check in. Great host!

Cons:

Fully understanding that architects don’t love “direct lighting” maybe the host could consider a couple of floor lamps in the dressing area and one full body mirror to make the apartment 100% perfect 😀
