Top kamer, zeer matige service
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamer, comfortabel bed, goede koelkast.

Cons:

Je krijgt het gevoel dat omdat je met korting via een online platform hebt geboekt je ook maar een deel van de service krijgt. We zijn 6 dagen verbleven met niet een keer housekeeping, schone handdoeken of nieuw toilet papier. Moesten hier om vragen en werden toen ook nog in rekening gebracht voor een schone handdoek die ik zelf aan de receptie moest komen halen (die niet eens in het hotel is maar 3 deuren verder).

Stay was acceptable.
Pros:

Location was Great with many convinient shop & food shops/restaurants.

Cons:

Check was not so acurate as my booking was said to be at Likas? But staff admited it was a mistake & my check in went smooth by another staff. She was nice.

Canggih, serba baharu tapi not feeling like stay at hotel. Mcm stay di rumah saja rasa dia. Sorry.
Pros:

1. Bilik canggih. Suis dia. Mantap! Macam bilik ada android.

2. Serba baharu. Katil bersih. Bantal bersih. Meja nampak baru. Semua nya almost baruu gitu.

3. Wifi6. Siap ada modem di dalam bilik. Terbaik!

4. Ada penunjuk arah kiblat. Senang nak solat. Alhamdulillah.

Cons:

1. Pintu kurang safety. Seriously. Kemudian, tiada extra kunci dari dalam. Pintu pula nipis dan tidak ketat. Senang pencuri buat projek. Suara pun jelas boleh dengar dari luar pintu bilik.

2. Lantai bilik kurang bersih. Tidak dimop atau sudah mop tapi guna mop yang kotor.

3.Tandas tiada hos, cuma pakai bidet dari dalam mangkuk tandas saja.

4. Bilik agak kecil. Kalau mau makan dalam bilik, terpaksa duduk dilantai yang seeeejuk pula.

Pros:

Counter receptionists are friendly but counter closed at 9:00pm…so any problem arised after 9:00pm is your business 🙁

Cons:

Room is very hot as heat accumulated from the afternoon sun, air-conditioning didn't work at all. We booked 2 rooms, both encountered the same problem. Rang up the hotel phone no response.

Pinstay Plus is superb with great value for money.
Pros:

Location is good.
Apartment/Room is clean.
Staff is excellent. Special thanks to Lin and Awang for looking after me.

Cons:

The frequency of cleaning should be increased. Once every 5 days is not adequate.
