Kabañas & Beach Club Ojo de Agua

Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr hellhörig, vor allem nach obenhin, da die Decken bzw. Wände vermutlich nur aus dünnen Gibsplatten oder sonsigem besteht. Da ist wirklich Handlungsbedarf nötig. Ich will ja nicht die Unterhaltung der Nachbarn hören. Wenn die ein Zwieback essen hört man das im Zimmer.

The huts are not good for sound. Needing ear plugs to sleep well.

Dirty!- uncomfortable beds - room flooded x3 once so bad I was moved out in the night - expensive- 15% tip added to all food and drinks - loud music playing- overall very shabby everywhere - I was there for 3 weeks overlooking pool and I didn’t see the water

It would be nice to have several chairs to sit on around the pool. Had to sit on the cement

Notre lit était plein de fourmis, l'hôtel n'a rien fait si ce n'est asperger le lit de bombe toxique.

Cabanes de 2 étages, heureusement nous n’avions personne au dessus de nous car pas insonorisé. Plein de fourmis dans les lits et odeur d’urine constante. Très déçue pour le prix payé. Allez ailleurs !!

La limpieza de la pieza, habían hormigas en el cubrecama

Las camas estaban infestadas de hormigas, la cabecera era un hormiguero, por ende las cobijas tenían demasiadas hormigas.
El lugar tenía aroma a drenaje

The noise at night was brutal. It was like the battle of the bands at night. Live music from one bar and a karaoke bar with a volume level at 11 every night until 2:30 am….One night it went on until 5:30 am. The property has a thatch room and huge gaps in the ceiling, door and floor. Do not go out onto the balcony and shut the doors. You’ll get locked out.

It was very noisy out there, it is nerby some party bar.

The cabanas need insulation better the floors. You can hear everything between floors.

The ceiling between floors is way too thin. Noisy.

The kabanas are the worst. May as well not even have walls dividing the rooms. SO LOUD. Earplugs barely helped

Property seems unfinished. There are open junction boxes in the cabana, the shower in our cabana leaked onto the floor, the curtain was detached in two places, and the door had a poor fit - you could see daylight through the door jamb. We could also hear the people above us walking around and using their water. I would say if you’re comfortable camping this place will be great.

Rummet var extremt lyhört, då det bara är ett lager plankor mellan de två våningarna. Dessutom rasade skräp och sand ner i rummet och över sängarna när man städade övervåningen. Vi hade myror i rummet som även kröp omkring i sängen. När vi checkade in möttes vi av en väldigt sur och icke-tillmötesgående man i receptionen. Det visade sig att dörren inte gick att stänga om man inte låste den helt, och han hade ingen förståelse för att det här var ett problem för en familj på fyra personer, då det bara fanns en nyckel att tillgå. Rummet hade inget kassaskåp, vilket senare löstes av att man helt sonika ställde in ett litet kassaskåp som inte var förankrat på något sätt. Hade någon velat stjäla våra pass hade de bara kunnat plocka med sig den lilla lådan. Inte heller det här problemet fanns det någon förståelse för. Överlag levde boendet inte upp till förväntningarna och var inte prisvärt.
