Excellent?
Pros:

Everything was great! Clean, spacious, and well-designed. The area was very safe and quiet. Near the train station. Located near convenience stores and restaurants

Cons:

Just a minor issue about the location: It wasn’t along the Yamanote line, so we needed to do a transfer each time we wanted to go to a major destination.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était propre et bien équipé, nous avons reçu toutes les instructions à l’avance et la communication avec notre hôte était fluide.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble et la rue est très passante et bruyante la nuit.

Very decent stay for a family of four
Pros:

I like the shower room can be doubled as a drying room. It's very handy to be able to wash and dry clothes every day during the hot summer days.

The location is great except it is outside the Tokyo subway route which you can't take advantage of those 24/48/72 free ride pass and have to pay extra from Ikebukuro. But the excellent room rate makes up for it.

There's a lawson convenience store from the south exit towards the building. There's also a few restaurants and a supermarket at the north exit which is very handy to pick up food.

The facilities are very new. I wish there's free local Japanese tv program available though.

Cons:

It has all the essentials for the stay. There're a few things that could make it even better. There's no sweeper or paper towels which means you have to use tissue paper to clean up messes or splashes on the floor. Also, there's no dish towels or dish drying basket for the kitchen. One of the double beds is a tad too narrow for two persons. The other one seems to be a decent size.

Perfect!
Pros:

Appartement is perfect. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is vlakbij het treinstation en bus 11 stopt voor de deur. Bus 2 (brengt je naar Shinjuku) stopt om de hoek. Winkels op loopafstand. Rustige fijne wijk.

Pros:

Es molt ampli, amb totes les coses que pot necessitar un apartament.El servei ha respós molt ràpid en totes les questions que hem tingut.Serveis i transport al costat.

Cons:

El llit era literalment al terra amb un matalas bastan prim, i la roba de llit no l'han canviat en 7 dies ni tovalloles tampoc, ens han respòs que féssim servir la rentadora. Esta a en un carrer amb molt trànsit.

Prima appartement, qua ligging iets minder gunstig

Modern en schoon, en fijn dat er een wasmachine was

Cons:

Op de reviews stond dat de ligging van de locatie heel fijn was. Naar mijn mening viel dat een beetje tegen. We moesten elke keer een halte met de trein voordat we bij de metro konden komen.

Ottimo per la prima volta a Tokyo

Molto accogliente, ben attrezzata, ampia, letti comodi e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ben collegata con la metro e vicino a vari minimarket. Ottima scelta per la prima volta a Tokyo per la mia famiglia di 4 persone
