Basic but well-designed. Very clean and comfortable. 5 minutes to tube.
Pros:

Very new apartment, well appointed, with everything we needed and very clean. It had a nice Japanese feel to it. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Window is frosted and cannot be opened, although it lets plenty of light in during the day.
It was tricky to work out how to use the washing machine.
No luggage storage for early arrivals or late departure.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds, great facilities and has everything you need. Washing machine is great. Close to the train station and bus stop. Good and quick communication from staff.

Pros:

The location near the train station was convenient.

Cons:

It is very small, which is fine if you are only sleeping at the accommodation. If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind during the day or evening, it’s not comfortable.
The photos are deceiving: one bed was remarkably small, and the photos show two different types of apartments. The second bed was quite worn out.
Make sure you’re comfortable sleeping close to each other if you’re travelling with friends.
We stayed at the 4th floor, if the sun hits the appartement it gets quite hot!

I'd like to book it again next time traveling to Tokyo!
Pros:

The self checkin is very smooth. The studio has everything -- tide and organized! In-unit washer and dryer are a super plus!
Location is not bad. A subway station is closed by and it's just you may need a transfer most of time. Buses are unreliable though.

Cons:

The heater faces to the living space and it can barely heat up the bed space, even though I keep the doors of bed space open. I need to put my thick sleepwears on.
They kindly helped me check and said it's expected for the studio.

Generous size of the room. Set up like an apartment with microwave, cooking stove, utensils, fridge, washing machine. Comfortable pillows. Makes long stays very enjoyable. Also like that this is a more residential area instead of bustling central city; still easily connected to yamanote line via buses and 1 train stop

Cons:

The biggest issue would be lack of a lift. Thankfully we stayed on the second floor thus carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was still manageable.

Overall stay was good, location was perfect, just bear in mind there is no elevator to room location and the cleanliness
Pros:

The room is spacious for 2 persons. The location is very nice but since the room in the 3rd floor and no elevator it can be troublesome to get l heavy luggages inside

Cons:

The bad smell of odor in the bathroom, but staff were quick to respond and able to provide freshener even though it only help a little.

冰箱超級大、隔音蠻好、裝潢很新、有提供愛心雨傘

沒有提供行李寄放的地方，可以在附近車站寄放
桌子有點晃晃的
沒有電梯，不過樓梯空間算大蠻好搬運
