交通方便，除了坐西武池袋線一站便到池袋內，在新宿西口巴士站有巴士直到酒店，時間只需20分鐘，這個很方便。

Absolutely loved it, would recommend and would book again for future stays.
Pros:

The location was near the yamanote line (ikebukuro), many bus stops near by, convenience stores near by and not in a crowded spot. 7/11 and Lawson are like 3-5mins walk. Fee restaurants in walking distance too. Ikebukuro is only 20mins bus ride away. Following Shinjuku and shibuya with slightly extending time period. The cleanliness of the apartment and no contact supply was very nice. The property is quite spacious compared to other accommodations in the area. The washing machine and iron supplied and other appliances were extremely convenient.

Cons:

The only issue was the absence of lift as the property is 4 floors high and we stayed at the 4th floor.
We struggled to carry our suitcases up and down. Additionally it would have been nice if we could send our luggages to property before hand as our next accommodation was able to store and place it in our rooms for us prior to our arrival. Otherwise, a great experience.

Pros:

Très facile d'accès et a tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour sur Tokyo. Tout était propre et bien agencé.
Malgré que l'appartement donne directement sur la rue principale, il est bien insonorisé, pas de soucis pour dormir donc.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais il y avait une forte d'odeur de cuisine épicée dans le hall de l'immeuble qui se répandait jusque dans l'appartement, surement dû à ce que préparaient d'autres clients.

Amazing staff, we got locked out of our apartment and were able to reach them by phone to get back in extremely quickly.

Pros:

今回で2度目の使用です。
プライベートも守られてますし、お部屋も綺麗で快適。交通の便も良くお気に入りです。

Cons:

少しキッチンの匂いがリビングにのこっていて、お魚？を焼いたような？少し魚臭さが残ってましたが、少しです。気にならない方は気にならないと思います。
