Great location, really clean facilities and friendly staff. Sauna section was a particular highlight.

Cons:

More information could have been provided on check in. We had to figure out a lot of stuff for ourselves e.g. the sauna facilities and the fact there was a pool table. Pointing out some of these facilities which are big benefits of the hotel would be helpful.

The room was also a little basic for the price, no coffee machine or bottled water but otherwise it was really clean and comfortable.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, schick eingerichtet. Interessantes Gebäude Ensemble. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cafe im Nebengebäude war toll

Zimmer war hellhörig. Mit einem Loungestuhl wäre der Raum noch gemütlicher gewesen

podczas dzisiejszego śniadania bylo kilka sytuacji, które wpłynęły na ocenę obsługi. Zamówione jajko sadzone nie zostało podane – kelner prawdopodobnie o nim zapomniał. Dodatkowo Pani witająca gości przez większość czasu opierała się o stolik i korzystała z telefonu, co nie wyglądało profesjonalnie.
Myślę, że obie te funkcje można wykonywać zdecydowanie lepiej, szczególnie w miejscu dbającym o standard obsługi i doświadczenie gości. Liczę, że moja uwaga będzie pomocna i pozwoli zwrócić większą uwagę na jakość serwisu podczas śniadań.

Świetne śniadania, dostęp do strefy spa i fitness w cenie pobytu, możliwość skorzystania z bilarda bez opłaty, świetny bar hotelowy, przyjemne pokoje. Do tego dużo miejsca na zewnątrz gdzie można usiąść i odpocząć lub nawet zjeść śniadanie. Lokalizacja też bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Pokoje mogły być nieco lepiej posprzątane.
