Fatalne śniadanie, sporo osób było na śniadaniu, personel nie dokładał produktów- skończyły się wędliny i sery, a w ekspresach zabrakło kawy

Rozczarowanie w sieci hoteli Arche
Pros:

Ładny wystrój, dobra cena, dobra lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, wygodne łóżko. W marcu jeszcze bezpłatny parking też na plus.

Cons:

Ogólna czystość i udogodnienia na minus. Popieram przedmówców - tu nie chodzi o to żeby oberwało się jakiejś Pani która sprząta te pokoje, tylko żeby po prostu to zdecydowanie poprawić odgórnie. Niedoczyszczona toaleta, żółte plamy w brodziku, czy zakurzona pościel z małymi włoskami to rzeczy, które pojawiały się w poprzednich opiniach i jak widać nie zostają one poprawione. Znam tą sieć hoteli, jestem stałym bywalcem na wyjazdach służbowych, tym razem skorzystałem z Arche prywatnie i ten hotel w Gdańsku na pewno nie pozostawił w mojej głowie miłego wrażenia. Jeszcze coś, co dla mnie jest nie do pomyślenia - brak jednorazowych klapek w pokoju!!!!! Hotel oferuje saunę, w pokoju są dywany niewiadomej czystości, a mimo to hotel takiej znanej sieci nie oferuje kapci żeby skorzystać z sauny lub komfortowo chodzić po pokoju. To już nawet uznaję za nieśmieszny żart, bo to nie jest taniutki hostel lub pensjonat u zosi.
