Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: several guests praise propreté, but multiple reviews mention mold on bathroom joints, black marks in the bathtub and persistent sewage/canalisation odors — overall negative impact.
Service
1
Generally friendly and welcoming staff with 24h reception noted by some, but isolated complaints about absent staff and confusing reception procedures reduce consistency.
Location
1
Consistently positive: convenient and close to the autoroute, quiet and easy parking — cited repeatedly as a strong point.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds (common praise), but aging fixtures, worn showers/bathtub and limited hanging/storage space temper the score.
Amenities
1
Some rooms have useful extras (fridge, microwave, plugs by the bed), but lack of heating, missing TV remote, no shower bars/handles and other missing/aged fittings are complaints.
Value for Money
1
Multiple mentions of good rapport qualité/prix and repeat visits for the route indicate perceived good value despite some faults.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is described as good/complet by several guests, but some note shortages (few viennoiseries) and inconsistent availability.
Overall Experience
1
A mix of very positive stays (repeat guests, ‘parfait’ experiences) and notable negatives (odors, heating, reception issues) results in a slightly negative net experience.

Pros:

Nichts

Cons:
