Location was central and the rooftop bar is awesome (with delicious food)

Cons:

I was charged for mini-bar items I never took. I don't know if that was related to a stocking issue or the staff using things I didn't. But when I reached out for reimbursement I was ignored. Very hard to trust an establishment with your card details knowing those are abused and not remedied.

A peaceful, luxurious stay that exceeded every expectation.
Pros:

We chose the location because it’s more “out of the way” since it’s closer to the river. It feels less busy and more comfortable and low key. We loved the area, we enjoyed the HUGE room size, and the lighting options in room. We were so happy to be offered dog bowls for our pup, happy to have dog friendly services. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially knowing that it was our anniversary. We will be back in Feb for b day!

Cons:

Everything was close to perfect! I’d say if I had to choose something, it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, or option to make tea in the room. Especially given that it’s a suite. But this wasn’t an inconvenience because I do love the coffee shops nearby

The valet. Always greeted me with a smile

Cons:

Tv bad connection in the mornings, the parking probably is the same issue in all hotels in NY. You pay separately about $95 /day
