Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und Hotel sowie die Dachterasse war schön.

Cons:

-Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren gröstenteils sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und frech.
-Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich!
-Ohne zu informieren wurden wir bei Ankunft in ein schlechteres Zimmer eingecheckt als gebucht (über ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht). Wir haben eine Lösung gefunden und sie sagten uns wir bekommen die Steuern und Gebühren vom ganzen Aufenthalt zurück.
-Leider haben wir wie versprochen diese Rückerstattung nie bekommen obwohl wir alles schriftlich beweisen konnten. Der Kundendienst von Booking hatte beim Hotel leider auch kein Erfolg.

Für mich ist das Verhalten und der Umgang mit Kunden inakzeptabel! Wir werden dieses Hotel nie mehr Buchen.

Vielen Dank an das Team vom Kundendienst von Booking.com! Dank Ihnen habe ich den Betrag zurückbekommen, der leider über die Kasse von Ihnen läuft... wäre eigentlich der Job des Hotels gewesen.

We loved the location of the property. We loved how clean everything was and the staff was great no matter what was needed.

Cons:

It was extremely humid and hot outside and our room wouldn’t go below 79°. Even when I put the thermostat on 65°….it never never got cooler. We just kept getting ice on the 8 floor every couple hours to cool our sleeves off. Cold showers helped too. (711) plus the rooftop not being accessible unless we ordering food or drinking was a let down. I just want to vibe up there and smoke a cigar at night.

Very nice hotel. We walked a few blocks and saw a wonderful show.
Pros:

We were a block from the cruise terminal and were able to walk with our bags.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but a little pricey.

Perfect place to stay during the World Cup 2026.
Pros:

Ink 48 is a perfect spot in New York . 10 Min walk from Times Square.on the same Street.
Big room, great view and polite and nice staff.
Stayed as a Norwegian fan during World Cup 2026 and this was my 2nd stay during the Cup at the same hotel.

Ruime kamer.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer met een ruimtelijk uitzicht voor deze grote stad.

Cons:

Slecht bed 3e persoon (desondanks dat we na melding een extra deken gekregen hebben om onder de matras te leggen, hebben we onze eigen kussen eronder gelegd om ons kind toch wat slaapcomfort te geven), veel vuile vlekken op tapijt, gordijnen en hoofdsteun bed. 2 e dag geen verse handdoeken en toiletpapier desondanks kenbaar gemaakt dat dit gewenst was, 1 lavabo verstopt, douchesproeiers zijwaarts stuk, shampoo niet aangevuld.

Great location, comfortable, but bad toilet/ plumbing.
Pros:

Great location for walking about the area as well as very close to the pier for our cruise ship departure.

Cons:

Our toilet clogged 4 times in the 3 full days that we were there. They were not always speedy in coming to fix it. It is obviously an issue for our room.
