Sans le bruit des travaux constant ce serait bien.
Pros:

L’hôtel est près du ferry et assez central. Le rooftop est un plus.

Cons:

Les travaux dans l’hôtel ont gâché notre séjour avec des bruits de perçage dès 8h30 tous les matins jusqu’à 11h00 sans qu’on soit mis au courant en amont de la réservation (une feuille est laissée dans la chambre pour s’excuser de la gêne occasionné mais c’est déja trop tard…)

Comfortable, but improvements needed.
Pros:

Location and staff are great.

Cons:

A lot of the outlets in the room did not work and were very loose. Super noisy during the day due to construction on the building. 11th is very noisy in n the weekends from cars racing on the street until 4am, people yelling after leaving the clubs, and of course sirens. Drivers always honking their horns. If you have a room facing 11th be prepared.

Location strategica a mid town a patto di usare molto il taxi per spostarsi.
Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.
Pulizia ovunque.

Cons:

La camera non e’ spaziosa come ce lo si immaginerebbe prenotando per 4, tuttavia per NY e’ una grandezza sopra la media.
