An excellent choice in Hell's Kitchen!
Pros:

Excellent location by the river, great view from the rooftop, sunlit room, spacious and comfortable. We're definitely coming back!

Only take a Hudson view room.

Cons:

Noise dominated the first 2 nights. We have had 4 rooms in 3 nights. First one dirty, second serious noise until 2.45am and curtain broken plus no hot water. Moved to a 3rd room. This hotel is appalling value for money.

Rooms are dirty. There is a nightclub across the street, impossible to fall asleep during Friday and Saturday nights without earplugs. You can hear it even on the 15th floor.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Cons:

The stay was disappointing. This is not a 4-star hotel. It needs some major TLC! Elevator walls and doors are covered in scratches and scuff marks, rooms are not maintained properly (broken lamp, broken magnifying mirror, standing water in shower). No slippers, no complimentary water neither in the room nor in the lobby. You either buy their $6 small bottle water or walk 10 minutes to the nearest convenience store. The location is not ideal unless you want to be close to Intrepid or cruise ships. There is a super noisy night club venue right next to the hotel - I could not sleep because of the loud music, people shouting, and cars honking constantly. It went on until 3-4 am on both Friday and Saturday nights when I stayed there. The only positives are the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and the rooftop views. But despite these positives, I will not return to this hotel.

Pros:

Very much, good location, superb staff, perfect to be close to Midtown, Central Park and have a nice view of Midtown and the Hudson River.

Cons:

Overall you can hear the hallway and every door that‘s falling in the lock.

Extended my room only to have to switch rooms, felt like I had to since a mom was put into the first room I was in. Second room was not as clean nor up to date. Someone stole my plushie out of room. Hard time trying to get info on how to get it back
