Had a very pleasant visit and enjoyed our time in Durango
Pros:

The location was ideal, essentially located, and in walking distance to everything.
. It felt very clean. The staff was very nice and available when needed. There was free parking.

Cons:

The property was cleaned using Fabulosa, which I find to be very toxic. I think if people had sensitivities, they would have a hard time staying there. There was no elevator so if you were on the second floor, it was not easy getting luggage up although they did offer to help.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was so convenient for access to downtown Durango. The staff was exceptionally responsive.

Pros:

Perfect location to everything downtown and very friendly and helpful staff. The room included everything you could think of for your stay, and special little extras that went above and beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin so you can definitely hear other guests sometimes, but earplugs are provided which is nice.

Super easy system for accessing the unit, removing the need for keys/cards. This made checking out particularly easy.

Cons:

My only negative is that you can hear people walking above you. But in the grand scheme of things I would happily return with no complaint.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with the BEST host/manager.
Pros:

The rooms are very modern and clean. The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, etc. Holly is a DOLL!! She's the best host you could ever ask for!! She was so attentive to our needs and so happy and incredibly kind. We will definitely return to the Leland House.
