Wonderful hotel in a great location with the BEST host/manager.
Pros:

The rooms are very modern and clean. The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, etc. Holly is a DOLL!! She's the best host you could ever ask for!! She was so attentive to our needs and so happy and incredibly kind. We will definitely return to the Leland House.

Perfect location and loved how clean and spacious it was!

Perfect location in historic Durango — walkable to everything. Having a sitting area and a kitchenette were terrific. Staff return texts immediately. Loved everything!

if I had to come to Durango again, I would probably stay in the same spot other than maybe trying to

Centrally located easy to get around. It rained a little bit and they also had umbrellas that we could use.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom. It was so small. It felt like I was in a motorhome bathroom.
