Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, sehr gute Ausstattung!
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung mit viel Mühe für Details,
Toller Außenbereich mit Pool auf dem Dach,
Sehr sauber, alle zwei Tage wurde grob geputzt,
Top Lage in Seapoint

Cons:

Leider hat die Putzperson einmal meine Balkontür weit offen gelassen und ich bin erst abends spät zurück gekommen. Damit hab ich mich nicht mehr so sicher gefühlt und es war ein großer Schreck. Außerdem muss ich leider sagen dass die Matratzen super unbequem waren, und dass obwohl ich nicht super viel wiege.

Gemütliche Apartments in zentraler und sicherer Lage mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere Julio und Abo haben uns toll weitergeholfen und waren immer ansprechbar. Sehr lockerer Umgang. Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, die Dachterasse ist super, Pool sehr groß. Schöner Sonnenuntergang oben. Reinigungspersonal nett und arbeitet top. Auf den Zimmern ist alles was man braucht, sogar Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett etc, Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet. Bilder sind sehr nah an der Realität. Gegend ist sehr sicher, viele tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, kurze Wege überall hin.

Cons:

Dachterasse könnte länger auf sein als 22 Uhr, man stört ganz oben ja eh niemanden. Betten sind französische Doppelbetten, das sollte man bei der Buchung beachten. Sonst alles super

Loved our stay here! The fat is immaculate with amazing views of Lions Head. Very smart and has everything you need!

Pros:

Emplacement au top, proche du bus city Sightseeing, de supermarchés mais aussi de resto. Promenade agréable le long des plages.
Appartement spacieux pour 4, linge lit et SdB très bien.
Sel, poivre, huile et quelques capsules de café fournis.

Cons:

La vaisselle est très limitée si l'on souhaite prendre des repas dans l'appartement. 3 tasses pour 4, 2 petites assiettes à céréales, pas de passoire.
Insonorisation peu efficace et manque rideaux occultants mais c'est culturel.

Great location, stunning view, close to Milton Bay tidal pool.
Pros:

Location. Staff behaviour, especially Lavern, Abengel, Julio all amazing, helpful. Online comms/ WA are excellent. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Day 1 we were out of water for the whole building, but that was one of a kind. Lavern made an alternate arrangement for our shower.
