1) я считаю, что цена сильно завышена!!! В отеле и номере пахнет сигаретами, унитаз был грязный, и не убраны старые чужи

Великолепный отель в центре Стамбула. Нам была важна близость отеля к порту Galatoport. В итоге, пешком мы с чемоданами дошли пешком от отеля до Галатопорта, то точки отправления в круиз за 6 минут (измерял специально).
В номерах чисто. Персонал приветливый. Возле отеля, в шаговой доступности, огромное количество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус, в том числе, Starbucks и Burger King .
На обратном пути, из круиза, уже забронировали там номер ещё раз.

The staff was very helpful. He provided me with all the information needed. The room, oh what a great room on the rooftop with an intimate view of the buildings around us, including the mosque and hammam.

Cons:

I booked the airport hotel transfer and the girl at the airport said my name wasn't on the list. It turns out that the hotel works with a partner company and they're less meticulous than the hotel team. I ended up taking a taxi but the hotel team was very helpful in checking with me on how I was doing. Not the hotel and the team's fault, I get it.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptional starting from the service, the rooms, the cleanliness and every single detail. The staff treat you like family and we have always loved dealing with Faisal especially who always goes out of his way to accommodate us. This is my 4th time staying here and I'll always book here.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel is so quaint and beautiful. The whole team were wonderful and lovely. It makes a difference when you stay somewhere new. I loved the hospitality and all the amenities. I recommend everyone come and stay here in Karakoy
