La situation de l'hotel

Cons:

L'absence de professionnalisme du personnel.
Parr exemple il a fallu payer le parking pour mon véhicule au delà de ce qui était prévu, le personnel ne m'ayant pas informé de la procédure à suivre.
Pas de plan de la ville de Reims en francais.
Absence de connaissance sur les visites des maisons de champagne !! A Reims!!

Pros:

De locatie was goed, midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Het verblijf viel op meerdere punten tegen. Het bed was erg hard en het kussen bood nauwelijks ondersteuning. Na een nacht slapen werden we wakker met flinke nekklachten.

Daarnaast ligt de parkeerplaats op ongeveer één kilometer lopen van het hotel, wat erg onhandig is als je met veel bagage reist.

Ook het ontbijt vonden wij teleurstellend. Je eet in een drukke, rumoerige zaaltje, waardoor er weinig sfeer is. Voor ongeveer €10 kun je aan de overkant een veel gezelliger en smakelijker ontbijt krijgen.

Tot slot was de lift buiten werking. Daardoor moesten we vier verdiepingen via de trap omhoog met onze koffers en dozen champagne, wat een flinke tegenvaller was.

zentrale Lage,Parkpltz war zwar schwierig bzu finden aber nicht >Schuld des Hotels,Schild war versteckt angebracht,dafür günstig.Frühstück einfach aber ok

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, sauber und freundliches Personal. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Wir waren zu Viert als Familie in einem Doppelzimmer einquartiert. Etwas mehr Platz wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück haben wir ausgeschlagen, da es so viele tollé Boulangeries in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gab.

Très bien d’en l’ensemble
Pros:

La situation plein centre mais un hôtel super calme toute fois. Proximité immédiate d’un parking Public

Cons:

Manque d’informations sur la fermeture du parking de proximité qui le deuxième jour de notre séjour fermait pour trois semaines.

Locatie was goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Vieze badkamer bij aankomst. Dit besproken met de receptie. Receptie gaf aan hier niks aan te kunnen veranderen. Behoorden niet tot haar taak alsdus de receptie. Aangeven dat wij het hotel wilde verlaten. Kregen toen een anderen kamer aangeboden. Ook deze badkamer was niet helemaal schoon. Wel schoner als de eerst kamer. Besproken dat het personeel de volgende dag de kamer goed zou schoon maken. Gehorig afvoerputje. Konden vanuit het doucheputje horen wanneer anderen kamers hun toilet doorspoelden. Ontbijt was matig, weinig varriatie.

Kleine maar complete kamer met goed sanitair. Mooi gelegen in het centrum. Goed ontbijt. Stalling fiets bij hotel om de hoek was goed geregeld.

Centrally located and close to Cathedral. Clean. air conditioning.

Cons:

Basic hotel, no tea and coffee making facilities. No parking although can get deals at local car parks. Breakfast expensive so ate in cafe.
