Pros:

Dette sted får 11/10.
Det er anden gang vi bor der. Vi måtte komme tilbage til dette skønne hotel.
Sengene er virkelig behagelige. God plads, gode faciliteter, rent, 2 skønne pools og rigtig god og ren fitness center.
Personalet er det bedste! De er det mest venlige og altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil.

Cons:

Morgenmaden kan blive bedre, men ellers er der intet galt.

The best stay I’ve ever had.
Pros:

The perfect place for a peaceful stay right in the heart of Rawai. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warmth unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. The genuine Thai culture, generosity, and hospitality touched me so deeply that I fell in love with Rawai and decided to stay long-term!

The apartments are comfortable and well-equipped with full kitchens, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

A special thank you to Htun, Waiwai, K, and Hannar for showing me such incredible Thai hospitality and making my stay so peaceful!

较舒适的居住
Pros:

酒店很新很干净，有巨大的健身房和两个游泳池，早餐也很不错。公寓式的房子，可以自己做饭。

Cons:

位置相对比较偏，自驾前往比较合适。此外，水龙头一打开，水就到处飞溅，这是硬件设计问题。

لا انصح بالسكن فيه ابدا اهربو منه بسبب ضعف خدمة العملاء وعدم انصافهم

وجود حشرات وزواحف بداخل الغرف ووجود فتحات اعلى ابواب الغرف على الشرفة تسمح بدخول الزواحف والحشرات ووجود روائح مجاري قمت بتسجيل الدخول والخروج بعد ساعة واحدة وتغيير الفندق ولم يعيدو لي ما دفعته مرفق صورة فضلات الزواحف والفتحة اعلى باب الشرفة

Treats guest as potential thief

Cons:

5000 baht deposit, by itself not a problem per se, but had to witness the room check before leaving. Extraordinarily thorough with stripping bedsheets, counting kitchenware, checking TV s etc etc, as if you would be a potential thief. And then I stayed 10 minutes in the room before taxi arrived and upon asking back my deposit a second check had to be performed....never experienced such an insulting event. Traveled more than 50 years in many hundreds of hotels, and never got this on my hands.

والله المكان بعيد عن الخدمات وجدا مو نظيف والغرف تكتم ريحة رطوبه وما انصح فيه وتعامل الموظفين جدا سيء والله حجزت فيه ونزلت ما جلست يوم خرجت حجزت في مكان ثاني صح اغلى لاكن قريب من الخدمات وكل شي حول الفندق وللمعلوميه المكان بعيد جدا عن شارع باتونج

Wonderful Hotel with an excellent staff..
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Everyone we turned to was happy to help. The rooms are large and luxurious. the gym is of a very high standard, and the staff there is very nice as well.

Cons:

The only thing that slightly bothered me was that the hotel is located in a less touristy area, so it didn't feel very comfortable walking around the streets. But you can take a 20 min taxi drive to a more central location.
