Pros:

Les employés sont extrêmement gentils. L’hôtel est vraiment nickel. Les appartements sont très beaux et confortables. Tout est à notre disposition, je recommande à 100 %. Merci encore pour l’accueil.

Quite new, very clean, friendly staff, superbly comfortable bed with soft bed linen. We were impressed that housekeeping contacted us to ask when they could come in to clean our room. Very quiet at night, the only noise was from the air conditioners. The rooftop pool is great although the pool deck is quite small and it only has three sun loungers (no cushions).The breakfast had a good selection of fruits, yoghurt, toast + eggs and coffee made to order. It was great to have access to a gym however it did not have any cable machines so we couldn't work out as much as we'd hoped.

Cons:

The location is not so good, there are not many restaurants or shops within walking distance so you need to have transport.

Dommage car cet hôtel a vraiment de bonnes installations et a tout pour reussir mais on repart avec un gout amer
Pros:

L’appartement était grand, et il y avait deux salles de bain et deux chambres.
Certains membres du personnel étaient vraiment adorable.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée et ce 1h30 après le check-in théorique.
À l’accueil, ils ne nous ont pas donné le bon tarif du petit déjeuner.
Nous souhaitions partir juste une heure après l’heure du check-out et notre demande a été refusée par la manager, nous trouvons cela malhonnête, car notre horaire de checkin n’a pas été respecté et surtout que nous avions consommé au bar de l’hôtel en attendant que notre chambre soit prête.
Le balcon était jonché de crottes de pigeon et nous avions une vue sur une décharge.

Главные плюсы отеля это доброжелательный персонал, который искренне хочет помочь. Также качественная уборка, отличные матрасы, шикарный душ с хорошим напором и в целом чистота.

Cons:

Но апартаменты были построены не для жизни, а для красивых фото: кондиционеры так расположены, что дуют непосредственно на кровать, и это невозможно никак исправить, также невозможно уменьшить силу потока воздуха. Из-за этого спать невозможно: приходится охлаждать комнату и выключать кондей и так несколько раз за ночь.

Более того все кондиционеры старые и шумные и расположены так, что вибрация и гул от них распространяется на все комнаты, спишь и чувствуешь вибрацию в кровати, это просто невыносимо.
В первый день у нас прорвало трубу с горячей водой, и несколько часов вместо того чтобы заниматься своими делами мы были вынуждены смотреть как делают ремонт. И это все после бессонной ночи.

За неудобства нам предложили бесплатный завтрак, но еда невкусная.

Пространство в апартаментах очень большое, но куча бесполезных «красивых» шкафчиков, а вещи разложить неудобно. Дверь в ванной бьется об унитаз. Раковины такие, что при умывании вся вода разбрызгивается на тебя и в разные стороны, как бы аккуратно не включал воду.

Ванна на балконе - это просто смех: на этот балкон даже выйти невозможно из-за гула кондиционеров.
Спортивный зал вроде тоже красивый на фото, а по факту необходимых тренажеров нет, зато много бесполезных. В йога зале холод, зато в кардио зоне кондей не справляется и жара.
