Actually it is a great area , next to the beach , very clean , the room. Was big. At the corner of the building, the stuff so nice , the rent. Motorcycle was so nice , in conclusion my first time. And I love the place , next time. I will stay at the same hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Comfortable but overpriced
Pros:

Nice big room, comfortable. Lovely staff.

Cons:

So unwelcoming to see big signs what is forbidden and long lists of how much you have to pay if you have an accident and something breaks or get dirty.
Of course noone wants to destroy anything. Besides, you have already taken 500 baht in deposit.
And the picture of the seaview, above, is not from the room but from the corridor outside.
