The bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean. the body wash, shampoo and conditoner smell very good, makes my stay very comfortable

Kitchen and clean
pretty Narrow
The accommodation itself is excellent. The condo is new, extremely clean, and everything is efficiently laid out (as you'd expect in Japan). There is a garage as well which is great, and I recommend renting a car if you're staying here with a bigger group as it's about a 25-30 min walk to Grand Hirafu base (or about a 20 minute walk to the Ace Family chair). You can take the free shuttle bus but they fill up quite quickly in the morning, so definitely head to the first shuttle stop (about a 5 minute walk) to have the best chance of getting on. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and while you aren't super close to the ski lifts, you are close and easily walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants in the lower Hirafu village.
If you really care about easily walking to the ski lifts, then you'll want to stay in the upper Hirafu village rather than here in the lower village. Otherwise, the only other small inconvenience is that there are 2 condos here, so if your neighbors are being loud you can hear them. We had no problems as we were able to let them know if they were being too loud.

Lovely new apartment, good kitchen facilities. Bathroom had a shower room with bath and separate toilet room, which was great for multiple.users. Very clean & new.
Although we didn't have a car, garage parking would be a plus.
Responsive to queries.
Just off the bus route for lower Hirafu shuttle. it's a little walk but something to be aware of if you have small children & need to help carry their ski gear. Check the maps to see if it works for you if you don't have a car. Shouldn't be a problem for older kids/adults though.
Wonderful clean and modern space. The beds were very comfortable and the heat and hot water worked well. Super convenient location as well, walking distance to everything in town.

It seems like it hasn’t been finished. Downstairs bedroom and cupboards has shelves, hanging space or suitcase storage. Lucky I was sleeping in the double bed alone so I could use the bed as my suitcase rack.
There is a closet at the entrance which would be perfect to hang wet ski gear. Again no hangers.
No bedside table- I had to turn the waste bin upside down!
